And this is evidence for hearing and sight by statement and action.

وَ حِينَئِذٍAnd thenنَقُولُ:we say:إِنَّthatإِثْبَاتٌthe affirmationالرَّسُولَthe Messengerعَلَيْهِupon himالصَّلَاةَprayerوَ السَّلاَمَand peaceلِلصِّفَاتِfor the attributesيَكُونُisبِالْقَوْلِby statementوَيَكُونُand isبِالْفِعْلِ؛by action;مُجْتَمِعِينَjointlyوَمُنفَرِدِينَ.and individually.

And then we say: that the affirmation of the Messenger upon him be peace for the attributes is by statement and by action; both jointly and individually.

أَمَّاAs forالإِقْرَارُ؛the confession;فَهُوَit isقَلِيلٌlittleبِالنِّسْبَةِin relationلِمَاto whatقَبْلَهُ؛came before it;مَثَلَ:like:إِقْرَارَهُhis affirmationالْجَارِيَةِthe maidالَّتِيwhoسَأَلَهَا:asked her:«أَيْنَ‘Whereاللَّهُ؟»is God?’قَالَتْShe saidفِيinالسَّمَاءِthe skyفَأَقَرَّهَا،So he affirmed her,وَقَالَ:and said:«أَعْتِقْهَا»(۲).‘Free her.’ (2)

As for the confession; it is little in relation to what came before it; like: his affirmation of the maid who he asked: ‘Where is God?’ She said in the sky, so he affirmed her, and said: ‘Free her.’ (2)

And like his affirmation of the news from the Jews who came and said to the Messenger upon him be prayer and peace: 'Indeed, we find that God places the heavens on a finger, and the earths on a finger, and the dust on a finger... to the last of the hadith,' and the Prophet ﷺ laughed in affirmation of his saying (3), and this is an affirmation.

If one says: 'What is the aspect of the obligation of belief in what the Messenger described to his Lord, or what is his evidence?'

He said the keeper in ‘Al-Fath’ (373/13) narrated by Abu Dawood with a strong chain on the condition of Muslim; from the narration of Abu Yunus from Abu Huraira; 'I saw the Messenger of God ﷺ recite it, meaning: His saying the Most High: 'Indeed God commands you to deliver the trusts to their people...'
