الصِّيغَةُthe formulaبَيْنَbetweenسُؤَالِthe questionاللَّهِGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highأَنْtoيُحَقِّقَachieveلَنْبِيِّهِfor His Prophetالْخَيْرَاتِthe good thingsوَأَخَصُّهَاand specifically
The formula is between God's question to achieve good things for His Prophet - and specifically:
الثَّنَاءِthe praiseعَلَيْهُupon himفِيinالْمَلَإِthe gatheringالْأَعْلَىthe Most Highوَأَنَّand thatيُزِيلَremoveعَنْهُfrom himالْآفَاتِthe calamitiesوَكَذَلِكَand likewiseمِنَfromاتَّبَعَfollowed
Praise upon him in the Most High gathering - and that He removes from him the calamities, and likewise from those who follow him.
وَالجُمَلَةُand the sentenceفِيinقَوْلِهِhis sayingصَلَّىprayedوandسَلَّمَsalutedخَبَرِيَّةٌis informativeلَفْظاًlinguisticallyطَلَبِيَّةٌdemandingمَعْنًىmeaningلِأَنَّbecauseالْمُرَادَthe intentionبِهَاwith itالدُّعَاءِthe supplication
And the sentence in his saying: 'Prayed' and 'Saluted' is informative in wording and demanding in meaning; because the intention with it is supplication.
وَقَوْلُهُAnd his sayingمَزِيدًاmoreبِمَعْنَىmeaningزَائِدًاaddedأَوْorزِيَادَةٌincreaseوَالْمُرَادُand the intentionتَسْلِيمًاsalutationزَائِدًاin additionعَلَىtoالصَّلَاةِthe prayerفَيَكُونُthen it would beدُعَاءًa supplicationآخَرَanotherبِالسَّلامِwith the salutationبَعْدَafterالصَّلَاةِthe prayer
And his saying: 'More' means added or an increase, and the intention is an additional salutation over the prayer, then it would be another supplication with the salutation after the prayer.
وَالرَّسُولُAnd the Messengerعِندَamongأَهْلِthe peopleالْعِلْمِof knowledgeمَنْwhoأُوحِيَwas revealedإِلَيْهِto himبِشَرْعٍwith a legislationوَأَمَرَand commandedبِتَبْلِيغِهِto convey it
And the Messenger, according to the scholars, is one who was revealed a legislation and commanded to convey it.
وَقَدْAnd indeedنَبِيٌّa prophetﷺ(Peace be upon him)بِـwith(اِقْرَأْ)(Read)وَأَرْسَلَand sentبِالْمُدَّثِّرِwith the Cloaked one؛;(۱)(1)فَبِقَوْلِهِThen by His sayingتَعَالَىthe Most HighاِقْرَأْReadبِاسْمِin the name ofرَبِّكَyour Lordالَّذِيwhoخَلَقَcreated......إِلَىup toقَوْلِهِHis sayingعَلَّمَtaughtالْإِنْسَانَthe humanمَاwhatلَوْifيَعْلَمُknew
And indeed, the Prophet (Peace be upon him) was revealed with 'Read', and sent with the Cloaked one; by the saying of the Most High: 'Read in the name of your Lord who created ...' up to His saying: 'He taught man what he did not know.'
[[الْعَلَقُ(The Clot)::١1--٥5]]كَانَwasنَبِيًّاa prophetوَبِقَوْلِهِAnd by His sayingذَكَرَتَmentionedيَـتَـَأَيَّاهَاO Cloaked oneالْمُدَّثِّرُthe Cloaked one**قُـرْفَـأَنْذِرْthen warn))[[الْمُدَّثِّرُ(The Cloaked)::١1،,٢2]]كَانَwasرَسُولًاa messengerعَلَيْهِupon himالصَّلَوَاتُprayersوَالسَّلاَمُand peace
And by His saying: 'O Cloaked one, then warn.' (The Cloaked: 1, 2) he was a Messenger, peace be upon him.
قَوْلُهُHis sayingأَمَّاAs forبَعْدُafter؛;فَـهَذَاthis isاعْتِقَادُthe belief ofالْفِرْقَةِthe groupالنَّاجِيَةِthe savedالْمَنْصُورَةِthe victoriousإِلَىuntilقِيَامِthe resurrection ofالسَّاعَةِthe Hour؛;أَهْلِthe people ofالسُّنَّةِthe Sunnahوَالجَمَاعَةِand the community
His saying: 'As for after this; this is the belief of the saved, the victorious group until the Hour of Resurrection; the people of the Sunnah and the community.
الشَّرْحُThe explanation«أَمَّا'As forبَعْدُ:after:(أَمَّا)(As for)هَذِهِthisنَائِبَةٌis a substituteعَنْforاِسْمٍthe nameشَرْطٍof the conditionوَفِعْلِهِand its verbالتَّقْدِيرُis estimatedمَهْمَاwhateverيَكُنmay beمِنْofشَيْءٍthing؛;قَالَsaidابْنُIbnمَالِكٌMalik
The explanation: 'As for after; this is a substitute for the name of the condition and its verb is estimated: whatever may be of thing; Ibn Malik said:
