وَصُعُودٌand the ascentالأَشْيَاءِof thingsإِلَيْهِto Him؛;مِثْلَlikeقَوْلِهِHis saying﴿﴿إِلَيْهِto Himيَصْعَدُascendالْكَلِمُthe good wordالطَّيِّبُthe pureوَandالْعَمَلُthe deedالصَّالِحُrighteousيَرْفَعُهُraises it))[فَاطِر:[Fatir:١٠]10]،,وَمِثْلُand likeقَوْلِهِHis saying﴿﴿تَعْرُجُascendالْمَلَائِكَةُthe angelsوَandالرُّوحُthe Spiritإِلَيْهِto Him))[المَعَارِج:[Al-Ma'arij:٤]4]ه)h)
And the ascent of things to Him; like His saying: "To Him ascend the good word and the righteous deed raises it." [Fatir: 10], and like His saying: "The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him." [Al-Ma'arij: 4]
كَوْنِهِHis beingفِيinالسَّمَاءِ؛the heaven;مِثْلَlikeقَوْلِهِHis saying﴿﴿أَمِنتُمDo you feel safeمَّنfrom the Oneفِيwho is inالسَّمَاءِthe heavenأَنْthatيَخْسِفَHe will cause to sinkبِكُمْwith youالْأَرْضَthe earth[الْمُلْك:[Al-Mulk:١٦]16]وَإِقْرَارِهِAnd His acknowledgment:
His being in the heaven; like His saying: "Do you feel safe from the One who is in the heaven that He will cause the earth to sink with you?" [Al-Mulk: 16] And His acknowledgment:
ثَانِيًا:Secondly:وَأَمَّاAnd as forالسُّنَّةَthe Sunnahفَقَدْit hasتَوَاتَرَتْbeen transmitted continuouslyعَنْfromالنَّبِيِّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)مِنْbyقَوْلِهِhis sayingوَandفِعْلِهِhis actions
Secondly: And as for the Sunnah, it has been transmitted continuously from the Prophet (peace be upon him) in his saying and actions.
فَأَمَّاAs forقَوْلُthe sayingالرَّسُولِof the Messengerعَلَيْهِupon himالصَّلَاةِprayersوَالسَّلَامِand peaceفَجَاءَit cameبِذِكْرِmentioningالْعُلُوِّthe exaltationوَandالْفَوْقِيَّةِ،the superiority,وَمِنْهَاand among themقَوْلُهُHis saying::سُبْحَانَGlory beرَبِّيto my Lordالْأَعْلَى(١)،the Most High (1),وَقَوْلُهُand His sayingلَمَّاwhenذُكِرَmentionedالسَّمَاوَاتِ؛the heavens;قَالَ:he said:«وَالله"And Allahفَوْقَaboveالْعَرْشِthe Throne (2).
As for the saying of the Messenger, it came mentioning the exaltation and superiority, and among them is His saying: "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High (1)," and His saying when He mentioned the heavens; he said: "And Allah is above the Throne (2)."
وَجَاءَAnd it cameبِذِكْرٍmentioningأَنَّthatاللَّهَAllahفِيis inالسَّمَاءِ؛the heaven;مِثْلَlikeقَوْلِهِHis saying::«أَلَا"Do notتَأْمَنُونِيfeel secure from meوَأَنَاand I amأَمِينٌtrustworthyمَنْby the Oneفِيinالسَّمَاءِ»the heaven"(٣)(3)
And it came mentioning that Allah is in the heaven; like His saying: "Do you not feel secure from me while I am the trustworthy one in the heaven?" (3)
