وَأَنَّAnd thatلَاnotيَزِيغَdeviateقُلُوبَنَاour heartsبَعْدَafterإِذْwhenهَدَانَاHe guided us؛;لِأَنَّbecauseالْأَمْرَthe matterخَطِيرٌ،is serious,وَالشَّيْطَانَand the devilيَدْخُلُentersعَلَىonابْنِthe sonآدَمَof Adamمِنْfromكُلِّeveryصَوْبٍsideوَمِنْand fromكُلِّeveryوَجْهٍ،face,وَيُشَكِّكُهُand confuses himفِيinعَقِيدَتِهِhis creedوَفِيand inدِينِهِreligionهَلَّاandكِتَابِthe Book (Quran)اللَّهِof Allahوَسُنَّةِand the Sunnahرَسُولِهِ؛of His Messenger;فَهَذِهِFor theseفِيinالْحَقِيقَةِrealityالْبِدَعِthe innovationsالَّتِيthatانتَشَرَتْhave spreadفِيinالْأُمَّةِthe nationالإِسْلَامِيَّةِ.Islamic.
And that our hearts do not deviate after He has guided us; because the matter is serious, and the devil enters upon the son of Adam from every side and from every face, and confuses him in his creed and in his religion and in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger; for these are indeed the innovations that have spread in the Islamic nation.
وَلَكِنَّBut--وَلِلَّهِand thank Allahالْحَمْدُfor praise--مَاno oneأَحَدٌhasابْتَدَعَinnovatedبِدْعَةً؛an innovation;إِلَّاexceptقَيَّضَAllah has providedاللَّهُAllahلَهُfor himبِمَنِّهِwith His graceوَكَرَمِهِand generosityمِنْfromيُبَيِّنُexplainsهَذِهِthisالْبِدْعَةَinnovationوَيُدْحَضُهَاand refutes itبِالْحَقِّ،with the truth,وَهَذَاand thisمِنْis fromتَمَامِthe completenessمَدْلُولٍindicationقَوْلِthe sayingاللَّهِof Allahتَبَارَكَwho is Blessedوَتَعَالَى:and Exalted:﴿إِنَّاIndeed, weنَحْنُWeنَزَّلْنَاhave revealedالذِّكْرَthe remembranceوَإِنَّاand indeed, Weلَهُfor itلَحَفِظُونَare surely protectors.[الحجر: ٩]،[Al-Hijr: 9],هَذَاThisمِنْis fromحِفْظِthe preservationاللَّهِof Allahلِهَذَاfor thisالذِّكْرِ،remembrance,وَهَذَاand thisأَيْضًاalsoهُوَisمُقَتَضًىa necessityحِكْمَةِof the wisdomاللَّهِof Allahعَزَّ وَجَلَّ؛the Almighty;لِأَنَّbecauseاللَّهَAllahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedجَعَلَmadeمُحَمَّدًاMuhammadﷺ(peace be upon him)خَاتَمَthe sealالنَّبِيِّينَ،of the prophets,وَالرِّسَالَةَand the messageلَاmust notبِدْعَةًremainأَنْthatتَبْقَىstayفِيinالْأَرْضِ،the world,وَإِلَّاotherwiseلَكَانَthere would beلِلْنَّاسِfor the peopleحُجَّةًa proofعَلَىagainstاللَّهِ،Allah,وَإِذَاand ifكَانَتit wasالرِّسَالَةُthe messageلَاmust notبِدْعَةًremainأَنْthatتَبْقَىstayفِيinالْأَرْضَ؛the world;لَزِمَit is necessaryأَنْthatيُقَيِّضَAllah providesاللَّهُAllahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Almightyبِمُقَتَضَىaccording toحِكْمَتِهِHis wisdomعِندَatكُلِّeveryبِدْعَةٍinnovationمِنْwhoيُبَيِّنُهَاexplains itوَيَكْشِفُand revealsعَوْرَها،its flaws,وَهَذَاand thisهُوَisالْحَاصِلُ،the reality,وَلِهَذَاand for thisأَقُولُI sayلَكُمْto youدَائِمًا :always:احْرِصُواbewareعَلَىonالْعِلْمِ؛knowledge;لِأَنَّنَاbecause weفِيinهَذَاthisالْبَلَدِcountryفِيinمُسْتَقْبَلٍfutureإِذَاifلَمْwe do notنَتَسَلَّحَarm ourselvesبِالْعِلْمِwith knowledgeالْمَبْنِيِّbasedعَلَىonالْكِتَابِthe Book (Quran)وَالسُّنَّةِ؛and the Sunnah;فَيُوشِكَit is likelyأَنْthatيَحْلَwill befallبِنَاusمَاwhatحَلَّhas befallenفِيinغَيْرِنَاothersمِنْofالْبِلَادِthe countriesالْإِسْلَامِيَّةِ،Islamic,وَهَذَاand thisالْبَلَدُcountryالْآنَnowهُوَisالَّذِيthat whichيُرَكِّزُis focusedعَلَيْهِon itأَعْدَاءُenemiesالإِسْلَامِof Islamوَيُسَلِّطُونَand they directعَلَيْهِupon itسِهَامَهُمْ،their arrows,مِنْso thatأَجَلٍfor the purpose ofأَنْthatيُضِلُّواthey misleadأَهْلَهَا؛its people;فَلِذَٰلِكَthereforeتَسَلَّحُواarm yourselvesبِالْعِلْمِwith knowledgeحَتَّىso thatتَكُونُواyou will beعَلَىtoبَيِّنَةًclear evidenceمِنْofأَمْرٍthe matterدِينِكُمْ،of your religion,وَحَتَّىand so thatتَكُونُواyou will beمُجَاهِدِينَstrugglingبِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْwith your tonguesوَأَقْلَامِكُمْand your pensلِأَعْدَاءِagainst the enemiesاللَّهِof Allahسُبْحَانَهُthe Most Exaltedوَتَعَالَىand Exalted.وَكُلُّ.And allهَذِهِtheseالْبِدَعُinnovationsانتَشَرَتْhave spreadبَعْدَafterالْصَّحَابَةِthe companionsفَالصَّحَابَةُfor the companionsرَضِيَ اللَّهُmay Allah be pleased
But - thanks be to Allah - no one has innovated an innovation; except that Allah has provided for him, by His grace and generosity, someone who clarifies this innovation and refutes it with the truth, and this is a complete indication of the saying of Allah the Blessed and Exalted: "Indeed, We have revealed the remembrance and indeed, We are its protectors." [Al-Hijr: 9], this is the preservation of Allah for this remembrance, and this also is a necessity of the wisdom of Allah the Almighty; because Allah the Exalted made Muhammad (peace be upon him) the seal of the prophets, and the message must stay on the earth, otherwise there would be a proof against the people against Allah, and if the message must stay on the earth; it is necessary that Allah, the Almighty, provides according to His wisdom at every innovation someone who explains and reveals its flaws, and this is what has occurred, and for this reason, I always say to you: arm yourselves with knowledge; because we in this country in the future, if we do not arm ourselves with the knowledge based on the Book and the Sunnah; it is likely that what has befallen others in Islamic countries will befall us, and this country now is the one upon which the enemies of Islam focus their arrows in order to mislead its people; therefore, arm yourselves with knowledge so that you may be on clear evidence of your religion, and so that you may struggle with your tongues and your pens against the enemies of Allah the Most Exalted.
