ٱلْقُوَّةُthe powerوَعَلَىand onٱلنِّعْمَةُthe grace
The power and the grace.
فَفِيSo inٱلْحَدِيثِthe narrationٱلصَّحِيحِthe authenticحَدِيثٍHadithٱلنَّوَاسِof Nawwasبْنِson ofسَمْعَانَSama'an
So in the authentic narration of Nawwas bin Sama'an.
ٱلطَّوِيلِlong
long.
أَنَّthatٱللَّهَAllahيُوحِيrevealsإِلَىtoعِيسَىJesusأَنِّيthat Iأَخْرَجْتُbrought outعِبَادًاservantsلِيَfor Meلَاnotيَدَانِpowerلِأَحَدٍto anyoneبِقِتَالِهِمby fighting them
That Allah reveals to Jesus that I have brought out servants for Me, not any power for anyone by fighting them.
وَٱلْمَعْنَىAnd the meaningلَاnotقُوَّةٌpowerلِأَحَدٍfor anyoneبِقِتَالِهِمby fighting themوَهُمْand theyيَأْجُوجُYajujوَمَأْجُوجُand Majuj
And the meaning is that no power is for anyone by fighting them, and they are Yajuj and Majuj.
وَأَمَّاAnd as forٱلْيَدُthe handبِمَعْنَىin the meaning ofٱلنِّعْمَةِthe graceفَكَثِيرٌis manyوَمِنْهَاand among themقَوْلُthe saying ofرَسُولِthe messengerقُرَيْشٍof Qurayshلِأَبِيto AbuبَكْرٍBakrلَوْلَاif it were not forيَدٌthe handلَكَfor youعِندَكَatلَمْnotأُجْزِكَI would reward youبِهَاwith itلَأَجَبْتُكَI would have answered you
And as for the hand in the meaning of grace, it is many, and among them is the saying of the messenger of Quraysh to Abu Bakr: 'If it were not for the hand you have with me, I would not reward you.' I mean: grace.
وَقَوْلُAnd the sayingٱلْمُتَنَبِّيof Al-Mutanabbiوَكَمْand how manyلِظَلَامِof the darkness ofٱللَّيْلِthe nightمَعَكَwith youمِنْfromيَدٍthe handتُحَدِّثُspeaksأَنَّthatٱلْمَانَوِيَّةَthe Manicheismتَكْذِبُlies
And the saying of Al-Mutanabbi: 'And how many is there of the darkness of the night with you from a hand that speaks that Manicheism lies.'
