فَنَحْنُSo weوَلِلَّهِand to Allahالْحَمْدُis the praiseنُثَبِّتُwe affirmلِلَّهِfor Allahالْمَحَبَّةَloveبَيْنَهُbetween Himوَبَيْنَand betweenعِبَادِهِHis servants
So we affirm the love for Allah between Him and His servants.
صِفَةُAttributeالرَّحْمَةِof mercy

الشَّرْحُThe explanation::
The explanation:
هَذِهِTheseآيَاتٌare versesفِيinإِثْبَاتِestablishingصِفَةِthe attributeالرَّحْمَةِof mercy
These are verses in establishing the attribute of mercy.
الْآيَةُThe verseالأُولَىٰthe first::قَوْلُهُHis saying﴿(بِسْمِIn the nameاللَّهِof Allahالرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousالرَّحِيمِthe Most Merciful
The verse is: 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.'
النَّمْلِthe Ants::٣٠30
(Surah Al-Naml: 30).
هَذِهِThisآيَةٌverseأَتَىwas broughtبِهَاby itالْمُؤَلِّفُthe authorلِيُثَبِّتَto establishحُكْمًاa ruling,,وَلَيْسَتْand it is notمُقَدِّمَةًan introductionلِمَاto whatبَعْدَهَاis after it
This verse was brought by the author to establish a ruling, and it is not an introduction to what is after it.
وَقَدْAnd it hasسَبَقَprecededلَنَاto usشَرْحٌan explanationالْبَسْمَلَةَof the Bismillah؛;فَلَاso there is noحَاجَةٌneedإِلَىtoإِعَادَتِهَاrepeat it
And it has preceded us an explanation of the Bismillah; so there is no need to repeat it.
وَفِيهَاAnd in itمِنْare ofأَسْمَاءِthe namesاللَّهِof Allahثَلَاثَةٌthree::اللَّهُAllahالرَّحْمَـٰنُthe Most Graciousالرَّحِيمُthe Most Merciful
And in it are three names of Allah: Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
وَمِنْAnd ofصِفَاتِهِHis attributes::الأُلُوهِيَّةُDivinityوَالرَّحْمَةُand mercy
And of His attributes: Divinity and mercy.
الْآيَةُThe verseالثَّانِيَةُthe second::قَوْلُهُHis saying::(رَبَّنَا(Our Lordوَسِعْتَand You have encompassedكُلَّeverythingشَيْءٍthingرَحْمَةًwith mercyوَعِلْمًاand knowledge.
His saying: 'Our Lord, and You have encompassed everything with mercy and knowledge.'
[غَافِرٍ[Ghafir::٧7
(Surah Ghafir: 7).
هَذَاThisيُقَالُis saidالْمَلَائِكَةُby the angels:﴿﴿الَّذِينَThose whoيَحْمِلُونَcarryالْعَرْشَthe Throneوَمَنْand whoeverحَوْلَهُis around itيُسَبِّحُونَglorifyبِحَمْدِهِمwith His praiseوَيُؤْمِنُونَand they believeبِهِin Himوَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَand they seek forgivenessلِلَّذِينَfor those whoءَامَنُواbelievedرَبَّنَاOur Lordوَسِعْتَand You have encompassedكُلَّeverythingشَيْءٍthingرَحْمَةًwith mercyوَعِلْمًاand knowledge.
This is said by the angels: 'Those who carry the Throne and those around it glorify with His praise, and they believe in Him and seek forgiveness for those who believed: 'Our Lord, and You have encompassed everything with mercy and knowledge.'
فَاغْفِرْSo forgiveلِلَّذِينَfor those whoتَابُواrepentedوَاتَّبَعُواand followedسَبِيلَكَYour wayوَقِهِمْand protect themعَذَابَfrom the punishmentالْجَحِيمِof Hell.'
So forgive those who repented and followed Your way, and protect them from the punishment of Hell.'
[غَافِرٍ[Ghafir::٧7
(Surah Ghafir: 7).
مَاWhatأَعْظَمُis greaterالإِيمَانُthe faithوَأَعْظَمُand greaterفَائِدَتَهُits benefit!
What is greater than faith and its benefit!
الْمَلَائِكَةُThe angelsحَوْلَaroundالْعَرْشِthe Throneيَحْمِلُونَهُcarry it;يَدْعُونَthey callاللَّهَAllahلِلْمُؤْمِنِfor the believer.
The angels around the Throne carry it; they call Allah for the believer.
وَقَوْلُهُAnd His saying::﴿رَبَّنَا'Our Lordوَسِعْتَand You have encompassedكُلَّeverythingشَيْءٍthingرَحْمَةًwith mercyوَعِلْمًاand knowledge':
And His saying: 'Our Lord, and You have encompassed everything with mercy and knowledge':
يَدُلُّindicatesعَلَىthatأَنَّthatكُلَّeverythingشَيْءٍthingوَصَلَهُthat reaches himعِلْمُthe knowledgeاللَّهِof Allah,وَهُوَand He isوَاصِلٌthe encompassingلِكُلَّfor everyشَيْءٍthing;فَإِنَّfor indeedرَحْمَتَهُHis mercyوَصَلَتْhas reachedإِلَيْهِto him;لِأَنَّbecauseاللَّهَAllahقَرَنَhas linkedبَيْنَهُمَاbetween themفِيinالْحُكْمِthe ruling;وَرَبَّنَاand Our LordوَسِعْتَYou have encompassedكُلَّeverything
This indicates that everything that reaches Him is the knowledge of Allah, and He is encompassing of every thing; for indeed, His mercy has reached it; because Allah has linked between them in the ruling: 'Our Lord, and You have encompassed everything.'
