فَالْجَوَابُThe answerأَنْthatالْجَمْعَthe combiningبَيْنَهُمَاbetween themمِنْfromوَجْهَيْنِ:two angles:
The answer is that the combining between them is from two angles:
الأَوَّلُ:The first:أَنْthatمَلَكُthe ownershipالإِنْسَانِof manلِلشَّيْءِfor the thingلَيْسَis not
The first: that the ownership of man for the thing is not
عَامًّاgeneral and comprehensive;شَامِلًا؛inclusive;لِأَنَّنِيbecause Iأَمْلُكُownمَاwhatتَحْتَunderيَدِي،my hand,وَلَاand notأَمْلُكُownمَاwhatتَحْتَunderيَدِكَ،your hand,وَالْكُلُّand allمُلْكُis the ownershipاللَّهِAllahعَزَّthe Mightyوَجَلَّ؛and Exalted;
general and comprehensive; because I own what is under my hand, and I do not own what is under your hand; all is the ownership of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted;
فَمِنْSo fromحَيْثُthe aspectالشُّمُولِ:the inclusiveness:
So from the aspect of inclusiveness:

The ownership of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, is more comprehensive and wider, and it is complete ownership.
