وَيَدْخُلُAnd it includesفِيinذَٰلِكَthatالْعَدْلِjusticeفِيinنَفْسِكَyourselfفَلَاso do notتَكْلِفُهَاburden itمَاwhatلاnotتَطِيقُcan bearمِنْofالْأَعْمَالِ؛works;إِنَّIndeedلِرَبِّكَfor your Lordعَلَيْكَupon youحَقًّا،a right,وَلِنَفْسِكَand upon yourselfعَلَيْكَupon youحَقًّا.a right.
And it includes justice in yourself, so do not burden it with what it cannot bear of works; indeed, for your Lord, there is a right upon you, and upon yourself, there is a right.
وَعَلَىAnd uponهَذَا؛this;فَاحْكُمْ.so judge.
And upon this; so judge.
وَهُنَاAnd hereيَجِبُit is necessaryأَنْtoنُنبِّهَwe alertعَلَىtoأَنْthatمِنْofالنَّاسِpeopleمَنْwhoيَسْتَعْمِلُusesبَدَلَinstead ofالْعَدْلِjusticeالْمُسَاوَاةِequalityوَهَذَاand thisخَطَأٌ،is a mistake,لَاnotيُقَالُit is said::مُسَاوَاةٌ؛equality;لِأَنْbecauseالْمُسَاوَاةَequalityقَدْmayتَتَالَىrequireالتَّسْوِيَةَthe equalizationبَيْنَbetweenشَيْئَيْنِtwo things;الْحِكْمَةُwisdomتَتَلَىrequiresالتَّفْرِيقَthe differentiationبَيْنَهُمَا.between them.
And here it is necessary to alert that among the people there are those who use equality instead of justice, and this is a mistake; it is not said: equality; because equality may require equalization between two things; wisdom requires differentiation between them.
وَمِنْAnd because ofأَجَلَsoهَذِهِthisالدَّعْوَةِcallالْجَائِرَةِunjustإِلَىtoالتَّسْوِيَةِequalizationصَارُواthey beganيَقُولُونَ:to say:أَيُّWhatفَرْقٍdifferenceبَيْنَbetweenالذَّكَرِthe maleوَالْأُنْثَى؟and the female?!
And because of this unjust call for equalization, they began to say: What difference is there between male and female?!
سِرُّواKeep in secretبَيْنَbetweenالذُّكُورِmalesوَالْإِنَاثِand femalesحَتَّىuntilإِنَّthatالشُّيُوعِيَّةَcommunismقَالَتْ:said:أَيْWhatفَرْقٍdifferenceبَيْنَbetweenالْحَاكِمِthe rulerوَالْمَحْكُومِ،and the ruled,لَاnotيُمْكِنُcanأَنْtoيَكُونَbeلِأَحَدٍfor anyoneسُلْطَةٌauthorityعَلَىoverأَحَدٍanyoneحَتَّىevenبَيْنَbetweenالْوَالِدِthe fatherوَالْوَلَدِand the sonلَيْسَthere is noلِلْوَالِدِfor the fatherسُلْطَةٌauthorityعَلَىoverالْوَلَدِthe son......وَهَلُمَّand so on.
They kept it a secret between males and females until communism said: What difference is there between the ruler and the ruled? No one can have authority over anyone, even between the father and the son; the father has no authority over the son ... and so on.
لَكِنْButإِذَاifقُلْنَاwe sayبِالْعَدْلِ،by justice,وَهُوَand it isإِعْطَاءُgivingكُلِّeveryoneأَحَدٍwhoمَاwhatيَسْتَحِقُّهُ؛deserves;زَالَit is removedهَذَاthisالْمَحْذُورَ،preventive,وَصَارَتْand becomesالْعِبَارَةُthe statementسَلِيمَةً.sound.
But if we say by justice, and it is giving everyone what they deserve; this preventive is removed, and the statement becomes sound.
وَلِهَذَا؛And for this;لَمْit has notيَأْتِcomeفِيinالْقُرْآنِthe QuranأَبَدًاeverإِنَّthatاللَّهَAllahيَأْمُرُcommandsبِالتَّسْوِيَةِ!to equalization!لَكِنْbutجَاءَit came,إِنَّIndeed,اللَّهَAllahيَأْمُرُcommandsبِالْعَدْلِ ﴾with justice﴾[النَّحْلِ:[An-Nahl:90]،90],﴿﴿وَإِذَاAnd whenحَكَمْتُمْyou judgeبَيْنَbetweenالنَّاسِthe peopleأَنْthatتَحْكُمُواyou judgeبِالْعَدْلِwith justice[الْنِّسَاءِ[An-Nisa::٥٨].58].
And for this; it has never come in the Quran that Allah commands equalization! But it came: Indeed, Allah commands with justice﴾ [An-Nahl: 90], And when you judge between the people, that you judge with justice [An-Nisa: 58].
وَأَخْطَأَAnd it is a mistakeعَلَىonالإِسْلَامِIslamمِنْofقَالَ:said:إِنَّIndeedدِينًاthe religionالإِسْلَامِIslamدِينٌa religionالْمُسَاوَاةَ!of equality!بَلْRatherدِينٌthe religionالإِسْلَامِIslamدِينٌa religionالْعَدْلِ،of justice,وَهُوَand it isالْجَمْعُthe gatheringبَيْنَbetweenالْمُتَسَاوِينَ،the equals,وَالتَّفْرِيقُand the differentiationبَيْنَbetweenالْمُفْتَرِقِينَ؛the different;
And it is a mistake on Islam from those who said: Indeed, the religion of Islam is a religion of equality! Rather, the religion of Islam is a religion of justice, and it is the gathering between the equals, and the differentiation between the different;
إِلَّاExceptأَنْthatيُرِيدُwantsبِالْمُسَاوَاةِwith equality,الْعَدْلَ،justice,فَيَكُونُthen it isأَصَابَcorrectفِيinالْمَعْنَىthe meaningوَأَخْطَأَand it is a mistakeفِيinاللَّفْظِ .the wording.
Except that if he wants with equality, then it is correct in the meaning and a mistake in the wording.
