And of the attributes: the will, the action, and the intent.

The third verse: His saying: (It has been made lawful for you the livestock, except what is recited to you, other than making lawful the hunt while you are in pilgrimage. Indeed, Allah judges what He wills.) [Al-Maidah: 1].

أُحِلَّتْIt has been made lawfulلَكُمfor you::الْمُحِلُّThe one who makes lawfulهُوَisاللَّهُAllahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Mighty and Exalted،,وَكَذَلِكَAnd likewiseالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetعَلَيْهِupon himالصَّلَاةُpeaceوَالسَّلَامُand blessingsيُحِلُّmakes lawful،,وَيُحَرِّمُand prohibitsلَـكِنَّButبِإِذْنِby permissionاللَّهِof Allahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Mighty and Exalted؛;قَالَSaidالنَّبِيُّthe Prophet(Peace be upon him)::«أُحِلَّتْ"It has been made lawfulلَنَاto usمَيْتَتَانِtwo dead (animals)وَدَمَانِand two types of blood(۱)،(1),وَكَانَand he wasعَلَيْهِupon himالصَّلَاةُpeaceوَالسَّلَامُand blessingsيَقُولُsaying::إِنَّIndeedاللَّهَAllahيُحَرِّمُprohibitsعَلَيْكُمْupon you؛;كَذَلِكَsoيُخْبِرُinformsأَنَّهُthat heحُرِّمَwas prohibited،,وَرُبَّمَاand perhapsيُحَرِّمُprohibitsتَحْرِيمًاa prohibitionيُضِيفُهُhe adds itإِلَىtoنَفْسِهِhimself،,لَكِنَّهُbut heبِإِذْنِby permissionاللَّهِAllah؛;

The one who makes lawful is Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, and likewise the Prophet (peace be upon him) makes lawful and prohibits but by the permission of Allah. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "It has been made lawful for us two dead (animals) and two types of blood (1). And the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say: Indeed, Allah prohibits upon you; so he informs that it was prohibited, and perhaps he prohibits a prohibition that he adds to himself, but it is by the permission of Allah.

The livestock: It is the camels, cattle, and sheep; and the livestock is the plural of Naim.

And His saying: "The livestock: it is named thus because it does not speak. Except what is recited to you: except that which is recited to you in this surah, and it is mentioned in His saying, the Most High: "It has been prohibited upon you the dead (animal), the blood, and the flesh of the pig, and what has been sacrificed for other than Allah with it." [Al-Maidah: 3];

The exception here is disconnected and in it is connected; so regarding the dead (animal) from the livestock it is connected, and regarding the meat (1): Narrated by Ahmad (97/2), and Ibn Majah (3314), and Al-Daraqutni (272/4) said that the halted is more authentic, and Al-Bayhaqi (254/1) also favored the halted except that he said that it has a ruling of the elevation, and narrated by Abd bin Hamid in "the Selected" (818), and attributed to Zaili in "the raising of the flag" (4/(202) of Ibn Mardawiyy from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him. And see the authentic (1118).
