Special; so every strong one with feelings is capable, but not every capable one is strong.

An example of this is that you say: the wind is strong, and you do not say capable, and you say: the iron is strong, and you do not say capable, but for the one with feelings you say: that he is strong, and that he is capable.

[فَصْلَتْ: ١٥].) [Fussilat: 15].

And when ‘Aad said: 'Who is stronger than us in strength?' Allah, the Exalted, said: 'Did they not see that Allah, who created them, is stronger than them in strength?' [Fussilat: 15].

And His saying: 'the Strong': Ibn Abbas may Allah be pleased with him said: the strong; that is: the strong in His strength, the strong in His might, the strong in His attributes of tyranny; and from the perspective of meaning, it is an affirmation of the strong.

And it is permissible to inform about Allah that He is strong, and we do not name Allah the strong, but we call Him the Strong; because Allah Himself is by this.

In this verse, there is an affirmation of two names of Allah; they are: the Provider, and the Strong, and an affirmation of three attributes, which are: sustenance, strength, and what the name the Strong encompasses.

وَالْفَائِدَةُAnd the benefitالْمَسْلَكِيَّةُmethodologicalفِيofالإِيمَانِthe faithبِصِفَةِin the attributeالْقُوَّةِof strengthوَالْرِّزْقِand sustenanceأَنْis thatلَاnotنَطْلُبُwe seekالْقُوَّةَstrengthوَالْرِّزْقَand sustenanceإِلَّاexceptمِنْfromاللَّهِAllahتَعَالَى.the Exalted.

And the methodological benefit in believing in the attribute of strength and sustenance is that we do not seek strength and sustenance except from Allah, the Exalted, and that we believe that every strength, however great, will not be compared to the strength of Allah, the Exalted.
