لَاnoفِيinالخَارِجِthe outsideوَلَاnorفِيinالذِّهْنِthe mind؛فَالْقُدْرَةُfor the abilityلَاnotتَتَعَلَّقُis relatedبِالْمُسْتَحِيلِto the impossible؛بِخِلَافِcontrary toالعِلْمِknowledge.
Neither in the outside nor in the mind; for ability does not relate to the impossible; contrary to knowledge.
فَيَنْبَغِيtherefore, it is necessaryلِلْإِنْسَانِfor manأَنْtoيَتَأَدَّبَbehave respectfullyفِيمَاregarding whatيَتَعَلَّقُrelates toبِجَانِبِthe aspect ofالرُّبُوبِيَّةِlordship؛لِأَنَّbecauseالْمَقَامَthe statusمَقَامٌpositionعَظِيمٌgreat,وَالْوَاجِبَand the obligationعَلَىonالْمَرْءِa personنَحْوَهُtowards itأَنْtoيَسْتَسْلِمَsubmitوَيُسَلِّمَand surrender
Therefore, it is necessary for man to behave respectfully regarding the aspect of lordship; because the status is great, and the obligation on a person towards it is to submit and surrender.
إِذًاthen؛نَحْنُweنَطْلِقُsayمَاwhatأَطْلَقَهُGod has declaredاللَّهُAllahوَنَقُولُand we say:إِنَّthatاللَّهَAllahعَلَىonكُلَّeverythingشَيْءٍthingقَدِيرٌcapable؛بِدُونِwithoutاستثناءٍexception
Then, we say what Allah has declared: that Allah is capable of everything; without exception.
فِيinهَذِهِtheseالْآيَاتِversesمِنْofصِفَاتِattributesاللَّهِAllahتَعَالَىthe Exalted:إِثْبَاتُprovingعُمُومِgeneralعِلْمِknowledgeاللَّهِAllahعَلَىonوَجْهِmannerالتَّفْصِيلِthe detailوَإِثْبَاتُand the provingعُمُومِgeneralقُدْرَةِpowerاللَّهِAllahتَعَالَىthe Exalted
In these verses are attributes of Allah the Exalted: establishing the general knowledge of Allah in detail and establishing the general power of Allah the Exalted.
وَالْفَائِدَةُAnd the benefitالْمَسْلَكِيَّةُthe methodicalمِنَofالإِيمَانِfaithبِالْعِلْمِin knowledgeوَالْقُدْرَةِand the power:قُوَّةٌis the strengthمُرَاقَبَةِof observingاللَّهِAllahوَالْخَوْفُand the fearمِنْهُof Him
And the methodical benefit of the faith in knowledge and power: is the strength of observing Allah and the fear of Him.
وَقَوْلُهُAnd His saying﴿إِنَّIndeed,اللَّهَAllahهُوَisالرَّزَّاقُthe Provider﴾[الذَّارِيَاتِ[Al-Dhariyat:٥٨58]»
And His saying: "Indeed, Allah is the Provider" [Al-Dhariyat: 58].
فِيInهَذِهِthisالْآيَةِverseإثْبَاتُprovingصِفَةٍattributeالْقُوَّةِthe powerلِلَّهِfor Allahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Mighty and Majestic
In this verse is the proving of the attribute of power for Allah the Mighty and Majestic.
جَاءَتْIt cameهَذِهِthisالْآيَةُverseبَعْدَafterقَوْلِهِHis saying:﴿وَمَاAnd whatخَلَقْتُI createdالْجِنَّthe jinnوَالْإِنسَthe humansإِلَّاexceptلِيَعْبُدُونِto worship MeمَاwhatأُرِيدُI wantمِنْهُمfrom themمِّنَofرِزْقٍsustenanceوَمَاandأُرِيدُI wantأَنْthatيُطْعِمُونِيthey feed Me
This verse came after His saying: "And what I created the jinn and the humans except to worship Me. What I want from them is not sustenance, nor do I want them to feed Me."
الرَّزَّاقُThe Provider:صِيغَةٌa formمُبَالَغَةٌof exaggerationمِنَofالرِّزْقِthe sustenance،وَهُوَand it isالْعَطَاءُthe giving؛قَالَHe saidتَعَالَىthe Exalted:﴿وَإِذَاAnd whenحَضَرَpresentالْقِسْمَةَthe divisionأُولُواthe relativesالْقُرْبَىthe nearestوَالْيَتَامَىthe orphansوَالْمَسَاكِينُthe poorفَارْزُقُوهُمThen give them sustenanceمِنْهُfrom it﴾[الْنِّسَاءِ[An-Nisa:]؛أَيْThat isأَعْطُوهُمْgive themوَالْإِنْسَانُthe personيَسْأَلُasksاللَّهَAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedفِيin۲۰۲
The Provider: is a form of exaggeration of sustenance, and it is the giving; He the Exalted said: "And when the division is present, let the relatives the nearest and the orphans and the poor be given sustenance from it." [An-Nisa:]; that is, give them, and the person asks Allah the Exalted.
