It is a similar description; because His exaltation, Mighty and Exalted, is necessary for His essence, and the difference between the similar description and the name of the doer is that the name of the doer is incidental and can cease to exist, while the similar description is necessary and cannot leave the described.

And the exaltation of Allah, Mighty and Exalted, is of two types: the exaltation of the essence and the exaltation of the attributes: As for the exaltation of the essence; it means that He is above everything in His essence, there is nothing above Him, nor is there anything opposite Him. As for the exaltation of the attributes; they are what is indicated by His saying: "And Allah has the highest example" (An-Nahl: 60); it means that His attributes are all sublime and contain no deficiency in any way. He is the Magnificent; it is also a similar description, and its meaning is: one who has majesty, strength, and greatness, and is known from the meaning of this word. This verse contains five names of Allah, which are: Allah, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, the Most High, and the Magnificent. And it contains twenty attributes of Allah, among which five attributes are included in these names. The sixth is His uniqueness in divinity. The seventh is the absence of sleep and drowsiness regarding Him; due to the perfection of His life and sustenance. The eighth is the universality of His dominion; as He said: "To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth."
