We said: No, it cannot be the intended meaning;

هَلIsاللَّهُAllahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Almighty and MajesticحِينَمَاwhenقَالَHe said::﴿[بِيَدَيَّby My hands﴾]عَالِمٌis awareبِأَنَّthatلَهُHe hasيَدَيْنِtwo hands
Is Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, when He said: [by My hands] is aware that He has two hands?
فَسَيَقُولُHe will say::هُوَHe isعَالِمٌawareفَنَقُولُand we say::هَلIsهُوَHe isصَادِقٌtruthful؟?
He will say: He is aware, and we say: Is He truthful?
فَسَيَقُولُHe will say::هُوَHe isصَادِقٌtruthfulبِلاwithoutشَكٍّdoubt..
He will say: He is truthful without a doubt.

And he cannot say: He is not aware, or: He is not truthful, nor can he say: He expressed by them while he intended others due to inability and weakness, nor can he say: He wanted his creation to believe in what is not in Him of attributes for the purpose of misleading them!
فَنَقُولُSo we say::إِذًاThen؛;
So we say: Then;

what prevents you from affirming for Allah the two hands?!
فَاسْتَغْفِرْSo seek forgivenessرَبَّكَyour Lord،,وَتُبْand repentإِلَيْهِto Him،,وَقُلْand sayآمَنْتُI believeبِمَاwhatأَخْبَرَhas informedاللَّهُAllahبِهِabout itعَنْaboutنَفْسِهِHimself؛;لِأَنَّهُbecause Heأَعْلَمُis the most knowledgeableبِنَفْسِهِabout Himselfوَبِغَيْرِهِand about others،,وَأَصْدَقُand the most truthfulقِيلاًin speech،,وَأَحْسَنُand the bestحَدِيثًاin speechمِنthanغَيْرِهِothers،,وَأَتْمَمَand the most completeإِرَادَةًwillمِنthanغَيْرِهِothersأَيْضًاalso
So seek forgiveness from your Lord, and repent to Him, and say: I believe in what Allah has informed about Himself; because He is the most knowledgeable about Himself and about others, and the most truthful in speech, and the best in speech compared to others, and the most complete in will than others also.

And for this the author, may Allah have mercy on him, came with these three attributes, and we have added the fourth description, which is: the will of clarification for creation and the will of guidance for them; as He says the Exalted: [Allah desires to clarify for you and to guide you the ways of those before you].
