The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Indeed you will see your Lord just as you see the moon on the night of the full moon; you will not be harmed in seeing Him.' (1); He said: 'just as,' and the 'kaf' is for comparison, and this is the Messenger of God (peace be upon him), and we from our principle is that we believe in what the Messenger said just as we believe in what God said; so respond to this hadith?
نَقُولُWe say::نُجِيبُwe answerعَنْaboutهَذَاthisالْحَدِيثِhadithوَعَنْand aboutغَيْرِهِothersبِجَوَابينwith two answers::الْجَوَابُThe first answerالْأَوَّلُthe firstمُجْمَلٌ،is general,وَالثَّانِيand the secondمُفَصَّلٌ.is detailed.
We say: We answer about this hadith and others with two answers: the first answer is general, and the second is detailed.
فَالْأَوَّلُSo the firstالمُجْمَلُgeneral::أَنَّهُis thatلَاthere is noيُمْكِنُit is possibleأَنْthatيَقَعَoccursتَعَارُضٌcontradictionبَيْنَbetweenكَلَامِthe wordsاللَّهِof Godوَكَلَامِand the wordsرَسُولِهِof His Messengerالَّذِيwhichصَحَّis authenticعَنْهُfrom himأَبَدًا؛ever;لأَنَّbecauseالْكُلَّallحَقٌّ،is truth,وَالْحَقُّand the truthلَاdoes notيَتَعَارَضُ،contradict,وَالْكُلُّand allمِنْis fromعِندَGod;وَمَاand whatعِندَis withاللَّهِGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highلَاdoes notيَتَنَاقَضُcontradictوَلَوْand ifمَاwhatيُوَهِمُimpliesكَانَwasمِنْfromعِندِaboutغَيْرِother thanاللَّهِGod,لَوَجَدُواthey would have foundفِيin itاخْتِلَافًاdiscrepancyكَثِيرًا)many)[النِّسَاء[the Women::٨٢]؛82];فَإِنَّFor ifوَقَعَthere occursالتَّعَارُضُthe contradictionفِيinفَهْمِكَ؛your understanding;فَاعْلَمْthen knowأَنَّthatهَذَاthisلَيْسَis notبِحَسَبِaccording toالنَّصِّ،the text,وَلَكِنbutبِاعْتِبَارِconsideringمَاwhatعِندَكَ؛is with you;فَأَنتَfor youإِذَاifوَقَعَthere occursالتَّعَارُضُthe contradictionعِندَكَwith youفِيinنُصُوصِthe textsالْكِتَابِof the Bookوَالسُّنَّةِ؛and the Sunnah;فَإِمَّاthen eitherلِقِلَّةِdue to lack ofالْعِلْمِ،knowledge,وَإِمَّاorلِقُصُورِdue to the limitationالْفَهْمِ،of understanding,وَإِمَّاorلِلتَّقْصِيرِdue to negligenceفِيinالْبَحْثِthe researchوَالتَّفَكُّرِ،and reflection,وَلَوْand ifبَحَثْتَyou researchedوَتَفَكَّرْتَ؛and contemplated;لَوَجَدتَّyou would findأَنَّthatالتَّعَارُضَthe contradictionالَّذِيthat whichتُوَهِّمُهُyou imaginedلَاdoes notأَصْلَ لَهُ،a basis for it,وَإِمَّاorلِسُوءِfor badالْقَصْدِintention;وَالنِّيَّةِ؛and the intention;بِحَيْثُso thatتَسْتَعْرِضُyou examineمَاwhatظَاهِرُهُappearsالتَّعَارُضُto be contradictionلِطَلَبِin search ofالتَّعَارُضِ،the contradiction,فَتَحْرِمُand you preventالتَّوْفِيقَ؛the reconciliation;كَأَهْلِlike the peopleالزَّيْغِof deviationالَّذِينَwhoيَتَّبِعُونَfollowالْمُتَشَابِهَ.the ambiguous.
So the first is general: that there is no possible contradiction between the words of God and the words of His Messenger which are authentically reported from him ever; because all is truth, and the truth does not contradict, and all is from God; and what is with God the Most High does not contradict, and even if what implies was from other than God, they would have found in it much discrepancy) [the Women: 82]; for if the contradiction occurs in your understanding; then know that this is not according to the text, but considering what is with you; for if there occurs contradiction with you in the texts of the Book and the Sunnah; then it is either due to the lack of knowledge, or due to the limitation of understanding, or due to negligence in research and reflection; and if you research and contemplate; you would find that the contradiction you imagined has no basis for it, or due to bad intention; so that you examine what appears to be contradiction in search of contradiction, and you prevent reconciliation; like the people of deviation who follow the ambiguous.

And it branches off from this general answer that it is mandatory upon you when ambiguity arises to refer the ambiguous to the definitive; because this way is the way (1)
