at/upon
الشُّكْرِ
of thanks
سُجُودُ
the prostration
وَسَلَّمَ
and grant peace
عَلَيْهِ
upon him
اللَّهُ
Allah
صَلَّى
(may) bless
هَدْيِهِ
his guidance
مِنْ
from
وَكَانَ
And it was
And it was from his guidance (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) to offer the prostration of thanks upon the renewal of blessings and the warding off of afflictions.
