And perhaps I saw individuals of the ants idling, with no industry for them, and no work to occupy them, and they do not have the capacity to contribute— with their kind— to bear a burden of burdens; they do not burden themselves with the effort of building or caring for the worms by nurturing. And they may be so incapacitated and deficient, until they are unable to feed themselves. And there arose a need for them for assistance and maids to perform household tasks in the valley of the ants and their homes. And this severe and urgent need prompted them to raid to bring prisoners and enslave the slaves. And it does not spare any effort to achieve that; it punishes and intensifies in fulfilling its desires. So it seizes the maidens, and it raids the worms that have not yet come out of their covering, so it transfers them to its residences. And the small ants do not stay in their shells for long; then they become obediently subjected to the will of their raiding masters, and respond to their commands and desires without hesitation, without knowing that it has been assigned to them to be the prey of the assault of the oppressors and the greed of the tyrants.

And this group of strange ant communities tells us of serious anomalies in history, and it informs us about the wonders of ant biography which reveal researchers who call it 'mixed ant communities'.
وإنماAnd indeedأسموهاthey named itكذلكthusلأنهاbecause it isمؤلفةcomposedمنofالرؤساءthe leadersوأتباعهمand their followersمنofالأرقاءthe bondmenالمستعبدينthe enslavedحيثwhereيعيشونthey liveفيinواديهمtheir valleyعلىonأتمcompleteوفاقaccord
And indeed, they named it thus, because it is composed of the leaders and their followers of the enslaved bondmen, where they live in their valley in complete accord.

And you see in that valley - usually - an ant or a group of fertilized ants.
وإلىAnd toجانبهنtheir sideالعاملات،the workers,فإذاwhenحانarrivedفصلseasonالنتاجof productionرأيتI sawالنمالthe antsالمخصبةfertilizedمنofالجنسينboth gendersكليهما.both.
And next to them are the workers, when the production season arrives, I saw the fertilized ants of both genders.
أماAs forالنمالthe antsالتابعةthe followersالمستعبدة،the enslaved,فليستare notعلىonالحقيقة —the truth —إلاexceptعاملات،workers,لاnotهمtheyلهاfor themإلاexceptخدمةthe serviceالننوع،of the type,والتفانيand the dedicationفيinأداءperformingماwhatتحتمهit imposesالمصلحة،the interest,وتوجيهand directingنشاطهاits activityومهارتهاand its skillsإلىtowardsخيرthe goodهذهthisالمستعمرة،the colony,وخدمةand servingالجماعاتthe groupsالنملية،of ants,دونwithoutأنthatيكونthere isلها،for them,فيinذلكthatكلهallأيanyنفعbenefitذاتيpersonalتصيبهthat they receiveمنfromهذهthisالجماعة.group.
As for the enslaved follower ants, they are not truly — except workers, whose only concern is to serve the species, and to dedicate themselves to performing what the interest demands, directing their activity and skills toward the good of this colony, and serving the ant communities, without having in all of that any personal benefit that they receive from this group.

And for the ants, there are close relationships with some insects.

Whether it is that which lives in his valley, or what the ants go out to search for outside the valley, perhaps his favorite of those external insects is the fleas, from which the ants absorb a sweet liquid, which they see as the tastiest food that they love and prefer over any food!
