He distinguishes between one who seeks compensation from others and thus needs others, and his generosity comes from the realm of compensation, and between one who does not need others, rather he is the generous with blessings and with judgement as it has been elaborated upon in another context.
وَلِأَنَّهُAnd becauseلَمَّاwhenقَالَHe saidتَعَالَىthe ExaltedلَقَدْIndeedخَلَقْنَاWe createdالْأِنْسَانَthe humanفِيinأَحْسَنِthe best ofتَقْوِيمٍstatusثُمَّthenرَدَدْنَاهُWe returned himأَسْفَلَto the lowestسَافِلِينَof the lowlyإِلَّاexceptالَّذِينَthose whoآمَنُواbelievedوَعَمِلُواand didالصَّالِحَاتِrighteous deeds.
And because when He said the Exalted, 'Indeed We created the human in the best of status; then We returned him to the lowest of the lowly, except for those who believed and did righteous deeds,' it was explained that the non-believers' blessings will diminish, and if the believer were the same, there would not be a distinction between them.

The fifth is the example of His saying the Exalted regarding the bliss of Paradise: 'A gift that is not cut off.'

He said, 'not cut off.'

The sixth is that it has been informed that the people of Paradise and the Fire do not die.

As in the authentic hadith, 'Death is brought in the form of a ram, and it is sacrificed between Paradise and the Fire. And it is said: O people of Paradise, eternity and no death exists in it; and O people of the Fire, eternity and no death exists in it.'

Every eternal being in what he is in; if they do not die, then there is no need for them for a home to be in. And it is impossible that they be punished after entering Paradise; thus it remains only a home of bliss, and the living being does not lack pleasure or pain. If pain is eliminated, the everlasting pleasure will be determined.

Its end is... and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. And send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and companions; Allah is sufficient for us and is the best Trustee.
