And indeed the devils will inspire their allies to argue with you; and if you obey them, indeed you will be polytheists.
فَأَخْبَرَSo he informedأَنَّهُمْthat theyيُوحُونَinspireإِلَىtoأَوْلِيَائِهِمْtheir alliesمِنَfromالإِنْسِhumansلِيُجَادِلُوكُمْto argue with you
So he informed that they inspire their allies from humans to argue with you.
فَSoهَذِهِthisوَأَمْثَالُهَاand similar to itتُبَيِّنُclarifyأَنَّthatالْكَافِرِينَthe disbelieversأَوْلِيَاءُare allies ofالشَّيَاطِينِthe devilsفَهُمْso theyأَحَقُّare more deservingالنَّاسِof the peopleبِدُخُولِهِمto enterفِيinقَوْلِهِمhis saying
So this and similar statements clarify that the disbelievers are allies of the devils; so they are more deserving of being included in His saying.

And their allies from humans said, 'Our Lord, some of us enjoyed with others, and we reached our term which You appointed for us.' He said, 'The Fire is your abode, wherein you shall remain eternally except what Allah wills. Indeed, Your Lord is Wise and Knowing.'
وَقَدْAnd indeedقَالَsaidابْنُIbnأَبِيAbiطَلْحَةَTalha,عَنْaboutابْنِIbnعَبَّاسٍAbbas,إنَّthat indeedهَذِهِthisالْآيَةَverseتَقْتَضِيimpliesأَنَّهُthat no oneلاshould notيَنْبَغِيjudgeلِأَحَدٍfor anyoneأَنْtoيَحْكُمَruleعَلَىonاللَّهِAllahفِيinخَلْقِهِHis creationوَلاand notيُنَزِّلَهُمْcause them to descendجَنَّةًto Heavenوَلَاand notنَارًاto Fire.
And indeed Ibn Abi Talha said, about Ibn Abbas: 'This verse implies that no one should judge Allah regarding His creation, nor designate them to Heaven or to Fire.'
فَدَلَّSo it indicatesعَلَىtoأَنَّthat thisالِاسْتِثْنَاءُexceptionعِندَهُwith himدَفْعُis a removalالْعَذَابِof punishmentعَنْهُمْfrom themوَهَذَاand thisمَدْلُولُهَاis its indicationالْآيَةَthe verseوَأَنَّهُand that itلِأَجْلِfor the sake ofهَذِهِthisالْآيَةِverseيَجِبُmustأَنْtoيَتَوَقَّفَbe halted,فَلَاso do notيَحْكُمَjudgeعَلَىonاللَّهِAllahفِيinخَلْقِهِHis creationوَلَاand notيُنَزِّلَهُمْcause them to descendجَنَّةًto Heavenوَنَارًاand Fire.وَهَذَاAnd thisيُنَاقِضُcontradictsقَوْلَthe statementمَنْof whoeverيَقُولُsays
So it indicates that this exception, with him, is a removal of punishment from them, and this is the meaning of the verse, and that for the sake of this verse, one must stop; so do not judge Allah regarding His creation and do not designate them to Heaven and Fire. And this contradicts the statement of whoever says.
سِوَىExceptمَاwhatشَاءَwillsاللَّهُAllahمِنْof the typesأَنْوَاعِof punishment,وَإِلَّاand otherwiseمُدَّةَthe periodمَقَامِهِمof their stayingقَبْلَbeforeالدُّخُولِenteringمِنْfromحِينِthe timeبَعَثُواthey were raisedإِلَىtoأَنْthatدَخَلُواthey entered.فَإِنَّSo indeedذَاكَthat isمَعْلُومٌknownأَنَّهُthat indeedقَبْلَbefore
Except what Allah wills of the types of punishment, and otherwise the period of their staying before entering from the time they were raised until they entered, for indeed that is known that before.
الدُّخُولِthe entering.وَقَوْلِAnd the sayingمَنْof whoeverيَقُولُsaysفِيaboutأَهْلِthe people ofالْجَنَّةِHeavenفَإِنَّهَاis indeedصَرِيحَةٌexplicitفِيinتَنَاوُلِindicating the encompassingالْكَافِرِينَdisbelievers.
And the statement of whoever says about the people of Heaven is indeed explicit in indicating the encompassing of the disbelievers.
لَكِنَّHowever,ذَكَرَmentionedالْبَغَوِيُّAl-Baghawi,أَنَّthatابْنَthe son ofعَبَّاسٍAbbasقَالَsaid:الِاسْتِثْنَاءُthe exceptionيَرْجِعُrefers backإِلَىtoقَوْمٍa groupسَبَقَprecededفِيهِمْin themعِلْمُthe knowledgeاللَّهِof Allahوَأَنَّهُمْand that theyيُسْلِمُونَwill convert to Islamفَيَخْرُجُونَand will exitمِنَfromالنَّارِthe Fire.
However, Al-Baghawi mentioned that Ibn Abbas said: 'The exception refers back to a group that Allah had knowledge of, and that they will convert to Islam, so they will exit from the Fire.'
وَلَمAnd did notيَذْكُرِmentionمَنْwhoنَقَلَtransmittedهَذَاthisعَنْfromابْنِIbnعَبَّاسٍAbbas
And did not mention who transmitted this from Ibn Abbas.
