Narrated Abdullah, narrated Muawiya from Ali from Ibn Abbas, who said: "The Fire is your dwelling, forever in it."

He said in this verse: 'Indeed, it is not appropriate for anyone to judge God in His creation, nor to bring them down to Paradise or to Hell.'

And this threat in this verse is not specific to the people of the Qibla, for it said: "And the Day He gathers them all together, O assembly of the jinn, you have taken a great number of humans, and their allies among humans said, 'Our Lord, some of us enjoyed each other and we reached our term which You appointed for us.' He said, 'The Fire is your dwelling, forever in it, except what God wills. Indeed, your Lord is Wise and All-Knowing. And likewise, We give some of the wrongdoers over to others for what they used to earn.'

So their allies among humans certainly includes the disbelievers, for they are most deserving of their alliance over the sinners among the Muslims.
