وَAndبَعْضُهَاsome of them٢٢ سَطْرًا،22 lines,وَقَدْandسَبَقَpreviouslyذِكْرُmentionedتَعَدُّدِthe multiplicityعُنْوَانِهَاof its title(١) ،, (1) وَهِيَand itتَبْدَأُbeginsبَعْدَafterالْبَسْمَلَةِthe basmalahوَالْحَمْدُand praiseلَهُbelongs to Himوَالصَّلَاةُand the prayerوَالسَّلَامُand peaceعَلَىuponالنَّبيِّthe Prophetصَلَّىpeace be uponاللَّهُAllahعَلَيْهِupon himوَسَلَّمَand peaceبِمَاwith whatنَصَّهُis stated
And some of them are 22 lines, and it has been previously mentioned the multiplicity of its title (1). It begins after the basmalah and praise belongs to Him and the prayer and peace upon the Prophet, peace be upon him, with what is stated.
"مَسْأَلَةٌ"A questionفِيonالرَّدِّthe responseعَلَىtoمَنْwhoقَالَsaidبِفَنَاءِof the annihilationالْجَنَّةِof Paradiseوَالنَّارِ،and Hell,وَعَلَىand onمَنْwhoقَالَsaidبِفَنَاءِof the annihilation(٢)(2)
"A question on the response to those who said of the annihilation of Paradise and Hell, and on those who said of the annihilation (2)"
كَالفَارَابِيِّ،like Al-Farabi,وَذَكَرَand mentionedاخْتِلَافَthe differencesالنَّاسِof the peopleفِيinدَارِthe abodeالْجَزَاءِof recompenseبِالْعِقَابِ،by punishment,وَدَارِand the abodeالثَّوَابِof rewardبِالْإِنْعَامِ،by grace,لِلْنَّاسِfor the peopleفِيinذَلِكَthatثَلاثَةُthreeأَقْوَالٍ ...statements ...
like Al-Farabi, and mentioned the differences among the people in the abode of recompense by punishment, and the abode of reward by grace; for the people, there are three statements ...
وَلَمْAnd notيُذْكَرْmentionedفِيinالنُّسْخَةِthe copy,اسْمُthe nameالْمُؤَلِّفِ،of the author,وَلَاnorتَارِيخُthe dateالنَّسْخِ،of copying,بِرَغْمِdespiteهَذَاthisوَجَدْتُI foundفِيinالنُّسْخَةِthe copyعَلَامَاتٍmarksأُخْرَىotherتَدُلُّindicateعَلَىonتَوْثِيقِهَاits documentationوَسَلَامَةِand the integrityمُضْمُونِهَا،of its content,فَقَدْfor theyكُتِبَتْwroteبَهَامِشِهَاin its marginsعِدَّةَseveralتَصْحِيحَاتٍcorrectionsلِمَاfor whatفِيinالْصَّلْبِ،the body,وَجَاءَand cameبِالْهَامِشِin the marginالْأَيْمَنِthe rightوَبِالْهَامِشِand in the marginالْأَسْفَلِthe bottomلِلصَّفْحَةِof the page٣/عِبَارَةَ3/phrase"بَلَغَ""reached",, وَكِلاَand bothالأَمْرَانِmattersيَدُلَّانِindicateعَلَىonمُقَارَنةِthe comparisonهَذِهِthisالنُّسْخَةِcopyبِأَصْلِهَاwith its originalالْمَنْقُولَةِtranscribedعَنْهَا،from it,وَقَدْand it hasصَرَّحَstatedبِهَذَاthisفِيinآخِرِهَاits endكَمَاasسَيَأْتِي،it will come,كَماasأَنَّهَاitجَاءَتْcameبِهَامِشِin the marginالصَّفْحَةِthe pageالأُولَىthe firstذَكَرَhe mentionedعُنْوَانَthe titleلِلرِّسَالَةِfor the messageوَكَتَبَand wroteفِيinآخِرَتِهِthe end"كَذَا"thusفِيinنُسْخَةٍ"a copy",, وَكَتَبَand wroteبَهَامِشِهَاin its marginsأَيْضًاalsoعِدَّةَseveralعِبَارَاتٍphrasesيَخْتَلِفُdifferنَصُّهَاits textعَنfromنَصٍّthe textالْعِبَارَاتِof the phrasesالْمُقَابِلَةِthe correspondingلَهَاto itفِيinصَلْبِthe bodyالنُّسْخَةِthe copyبِاخْتِلَافَاتٍwith differencesدَقِيقَةٍ،subtle,وَوَضَعَand wroteفَوْقَaboveتِلْكَthoseالْعِبَارَاتِphrasesحَرْفَthe letter"خ""K"إِشَارَةًsignإِلَىtoأَنَّthatالْعِبَارَةَthe phraseجَاءَتْcameهَكَذَاthis wayفِيinنُسْخَةٍa copyأُخْرَى.another.
And it was not mentioned in the copy the name of the author, nor the date of copying, despite this I found in the copy other marks that indicate its documentation and the integrity of its content. For they wrote in its margins several corrections to what is in the body, and came in the right margin and in the bottom margin of page 3/phrase "reached" and both matters indicate the comparison of this copy with its original from which it has been transcribed. And it stated this at the end as it will come, as it came in the margin of the first page mentioning a title for the message and wrote at its end, "thus in a copy" and wrote in its margins also several phrases that differ in text from the corresponding phrases in the body of the copy with subtle differences. And wrote above those phrases the letter "K" as a sign that the phrase came this way in another copy.
وَهَذَاAnd thisيَدُلُّindicatesعَلَىonمُقَارَنَةِthe comparisonالنُّسْخَةِ،the copy,لَيْسَnotبِأَصْلِهَاwith its originalفَقَط،only,وَلَكِنbutبِنُسْخَةٍwith a copyأُخْرَىanotherلِلْكِتَابِof the book (3)وَعَلَىand onهَذَاthisيُمْكِنُit canالْقَوْلُ:be said:إِنَّthatهَذِهِthisالنُّسْخَةَcopyبِمَثَابَةِis likeنُسْخَتَيْنِtwo copiesلِلْكِتَابِ،for the book,كَمَاalsoأَنْthatذَلِكَthisيُعْطِيَهَاgives itتَوْثِيقًاimportant documentation,هَامًّا،important,بِحَيْثِso thatيَجْعَلَهَاmakes itصَالِحَةًvalidلِلِاعْتِمَادِfor dependenceعَلَيْهَاupon itفِيinتَحْقِيقِthe verificationنَصِّthe textالْكِتَابِ،of the book,وَتُعَدُّand it is consideredهَذِهِthisالنُّسْخَةُcopyأَيْضًاalsoكَامِلَةًcompleteوَبِذَلِكَand thusتَتَمَيَّزُis distinguishedعَنْfromالنُّسْخَةِthe copyالسَّابِقَةِpreviousالَّتِيwhichبَلَغَتْreachedثَلاثَthreeصَفَحَاتٍpagesفَقَطonlyكَمَاasسَبَقَpreviouslyبَيَانُهَا،stated,وَجَاءَand cameفِيinنِهَايَتِهَاits endمَاwhatنَصُّهُ"its text"بَلَغَreachedمُقَارَنَةًcomparisonوَتَصْحِيحًاand correctionحَسَبَasالإِمْكَانِ،the possibility,كَمَا كَتَبَهُwritten byأَحْمَدُAhmedبْنِbinسَعْدِ اللَّهِSa'dallahالْحَرَانِيُّ،al-Harari,عَفَاmay He forgiveاللَّهُAllahعَنْهُabout himبِرَحْمَتِهِ،with His mercy,آخِرَهَا،its end,وَالْحَمْدُand praiseلِلَّهِto AllahرَبِّLordالْعَالَمِينَof the worldsوَصَلَّىand send prayersاللَّهُAllahعَلَىuponمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadوَآلِهِand his familyوَصَحْبِهِand his companionsوَسَلَّمَand peaceوَحَسْبُنَاAnd enough for usاللَّهُis Allahوَنِعْمَand goodالْوَكِيلُ".the Trustee".
And this indicates the comparison of the copy, not with its original only, but with another copy of the book (3). And on this, it can be said: that this copy is like two copies for the book, as that gives it important documentation, so that it makes it valid for dependence upon it in verifying the text of the book. And this copy is also complete, and thus is distinguished from the previous copy that reached only three pages as previously stated. And it came at its end what is stated "reached comparison and correction as much as possible, written by Ahmed bin Sa'dallah al-Harari, may Allah forgive him with His mercy, its end, and praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and send prayers upon Muhammad and his family and companions and peace. And enough for us is Allah, and good is the Trustee."
