And for this, he mentions these four levels: The Muslim is the one who is safe from the tongue and hand of the Muslims, and the believer is the one who is trusted by the people regarding their blood and wealth, and the emigrant is the one who abandons the evils, and the struggler is the one who strives against his soul for the sake of Allah.
وَهَذَاAnd thisمَرْوِيٌّis narratedعَنْfromالنَّبِيِّthe Prophetﷺ:peace be upon himمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithعَبْدِ اللَّهَAbdullahبْنِbinعَمْرٍوAmrوَفُضَالَةَand FudalaبْنِbinعُبَيْدٍUbaidوَغَيْرِهِمَاand othersبِإِسْنَادٍwith a good chainجَيِّدٍof narration،,وَهُوَand it isفِيin«السُّنَنِthe Sunan،,وَبَعْضُهُand some of itفِيin«الصَّحِيحَيْنِthe Two Sahihs. .
And this is narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) from the hadith of Abdullah bin Amr and Fudala bin Ubaid and others with a good chain of narration, and it is in the Sunan, and some of it is in the Two Sahihs.

And it has been established from him through various narrations that he said: The Muslim is the one who is safe from the Muslims from his tongue and his hand.

And it is known that whoever is trusted with blood and wealth, the Muslims are safe from his tongue and his hand, and if it were not for their safety from him, they would not have trusted him; likewise in the hadith of Ubaid bin Amr, from Amr bin Abasa.

(3) That means Amir, who is the son of Qatada al-Laythi, and I did not find the hadith in its Musnad, and it will come in the book (page 208) that it is narrated sometimes from Ubaid bin Amr unattributed, and sometimes from him from Amr bin Abasa. Perhaps his statement here about his grandfather is an error from some copyists, or that it is another way in the narration that was not specifically mentioned there. And it supports this that al-Tabarani narrated some of this hadith from Amir bin Qatada as in the Majma 58/1, and its chain is weak.
