And it has been established in authentic narrations and others from the Prophet that he said: "There is not anyone who possesses a treasure who does not give its zakat except that it will be heated upon him in the fire of Hell, for he will make sheets to be seared upon his forehead and his sides until Allah judges between His servants on a Day that was of its measure fifty thousand years of what you count. Then he will see his path either to Paradise or to the Fire."

And in the narration of Abu Dharr: "Give good tidings to those who hoard of embers that will be heated upon them in the fire of Hell, so that it will be placed upon the nipple of the breast of one of them until it comes out from the shoulder joint of his shoulders, and it will be placed upon the shoulder joint of his shoulders until it comes out from the nipple of his breasts; and he trembles and be seared the foreheads and the sides and the backs until the heat meets the fire within their insides."
وَهَذَاAnd thisكَمَاjust asفِيinالْقُرْآنِ،the Qur'an,وَيَدُلُّand indicatesعَلَىthatأَنَّهُit isبَعْدَafterدُخُولِentryالنَّارِ،the Fire,فَيَكُونَso this isهَذَاfor thisمِمَّنْfrom those whoدَخَلَenteredالنَّارِthe Fireمِمَّنْfrom those whoفَعَلَdid thisبِهِto himذَلِكَthatأَوَّلًاfirstفِيinالْمَوْقِفِ،the situation,فَهَذَاso thisالظَّالِمُunjust manلَمَّاwhenمَنَعَhe preventedالزَّكَاةَthe zakatيُحْشَرُwill be gatheredمَعَwithأَشْبَاهِهِhis likesوَمَالِهِand his wealthالَّذِيwhichصَارَhas becomeعَبْدًاa slaveلَهُto himمِنْfromدُونِother thanاللَّهِ،Allah,فَيُعَذَّبَhe will be punishedبِهِ،with it,وَإِنْand ifلَمْhe is notيَكُنofهَذَاthisمِنْofأَهْلِthe peopleالشِّرْكِof polytheismالْأَكْبَرِthe greatestالَّذِينَthose whoيَخْلُدُونَwill dwellفِيinالنَّارِ.the Fire.
And this is just as it is in the Qur'an, and it indicates that it is after the entry into the Fire, so this is for those who entered the Fire from the ones who did this to him first in the situation. So this unjust man when he prevented the zakat will be gathered with his likes and his wealth which has become a slave to him from other than Allah, and he will be punished with it, and if he is not of this, from the people of the greatest polytheism who will dwell in the Fire.
