الْمُرْجِئَةُThe Murji'ahلَاdo notتُنَازِعُdisputeفِيinأَنْthatالْإِيمَانَfaithالَّذِيwhichفِيinالْقَلْبِthe heartيَدْعُوcallsإِلَىtoالطَّاعَةِobedience،, وَأَنَّهَاand that itمِنْis one ofثَمَرَاتِهَاits fruits،, وَإِنَّمَاbutتُنَازِعُthey disputeفِيinأَنَّهُwhether itهَلْ(does)?يَسْتَلْزِمُentailsالطَّاعَةَobedience.
The Murji'ah do not dispute that the faith which is in the heart calls to obedience, and that it is one of its fruits, but they dispute whether it entails obedience.
لَفْظٌThe termالْكُفْرُdisbeliefإِذَاifذُكِرَmentionedمُفْرَدًاaloneفِيinوَعِيدِthreatالْآخِرَةِof the Hereafterدَخَلَincludesفِيهَاin itالْمُنَافِقُونَthe hypocrites
The term disbelief, when mentioned alone in the threat of the Hereafter, includes the hypocrites.
قَدْIt mayيُقْرَنُbe associatedالْكُفْرَdisbeliefبِالنِّفَاقِwith hypocrisyكَمَاjust asيُقْرَنُit is associatedلَفْظُthe termالْمُشْرِكِينَpolytheistsبِأَهْلِwith the peopleالْكِتَابِof the Scripture,, وَهَلْand whetherيَتَنَاوَلُit includesلَفْظُthe termالْمُشْرِكِينَpolytheistsأَهْلِthe peopleالْكِتَابِof the Scriptureإِذَاifأُفْرِدَsingled out.
Disbelief may be associated with hypocrisy just as the term polytheists is associated with the people of the Scripture, and whether the term polytheists includes the people of the Scripture when singled out.
فَصْلٌSectionفِيonأَلْفَاظِthe termsالصَّالِحِthe righteousوَالشَّهِيدِand the martyrوَالصِّدِّيقِand the truthful،, تُذْكَرُis mentionedمُفَرَدَةًsingular,, فَتَتَنَاوَلُand includesالنَّبِيِّينَthe prophetsوَغَيْرَهُمْand others.

فَصْلٌSectionفِيonلَفْظِthe term«الْمَعْصِيَةِ»"disobedience"إِذَاifأُطْلِقَتْit was usedدَخَلَincludesفِيهَاin itالْكُفْرَdisbeliefوَالْفَسُوقَand mischief.
