الإسلامُIslamمِنْis ofجِنْسٍthe kind ofالدِّينِreligionوَالْعَمَلِand actionوَالطَّاعَةِand obedienceوَالاِنْقِيَادِand submissionوَاخْضُوعٍand humility
Islam is of the kind of religion, action, obedience, submission, and humility.
فَمَنْWhoeverابْتَغَىseeksغَيْرَother thanالإسلامَIslamدِيناًas a religion,,فَلَنْwill notيُقْبَلَbe acceptedمِنْهُfrom him.
Whoever seeks other than Islam as a religion will not be accepted from him.
وَالإِيمَانُAnd faithطُمَأْنِينَةٌis tranquility,,وَيَقِينٌand certainty,,أَصْلُهُits essenceعِلْمٌis knowledgeوَتَصْدِيقٌand affirmation,,وَمَعْرِفَةٌand understanding.
And faith is tranquility and certainty; its essence is knowledge, affirmation, and understanding.
وَالدِّينُAnd religionتَابِعٌis a follow-upلَهُto it.
And religion is a follow-up to it.
يُقَالُIt is said::آمَنْتُI believedباللَّهِin Godوَأَسْلَمْتُand I submitted to Him.
It is said: "I believed in God and I submitted to Him."
قَالَMoses said::اَقُومُوا‘Stand upإِنْif youكُنتُمْareوَآمَنتُمْand you have believedبِاللَّهِin Godفَعَلَيْهِthen upon Himتَوَكَّلُواput your trustإِنْifكُنتُمْyou areمُسْلِمِينَMuslims.
Moses said: 'Stand up if you have believed in God; then put your trust in Him if you are Muslims.'
