حِينَWhenأَمَرْتُهَاI commanded herعُصْيَانَكyour disobedienceمَاwhatكُنتَwere youصَانِعًاmakingبِهَاwith it
When I commanded her your disobedience, what were you making with it?
قَالَ:He said:كُنتُI wasآمِرًاcommandingدَابَّةًa creatureمِنْofدَوَابِّيmy animalsفَتَبْلَعُهَاand it swallows it.
He said: I was commanding a creature of my animals and it swallows it.
قَالُوا:They said:يَا رَبِّO LordوَأَيْنَAnd whereتِلْكَthatالدَّابَّةَ؟creature?
They said: O Lord, and where is that creature?
قَالَ:He said:فِيInمَرْجٍa meadowمِنْofمَرَاجِيmy meadows.
He said: In a meadow of my meadows.
قَالُوا:They said:يَا رَبِّO LordوَأَيْنَAnd whereذَلِكَthatالْمَرْجَ؟meadow?
They said: O Lord, and where is that meadow?
قَالَ:He said:فِيInعِلْمٍthe knowledgeمِنْofعُلُومِي،my knowledge,
He said: In the knowledge of my knowledge,
كَذَلِكَsoفِيinقَصَصِthe storiesالْأَنْبِيَاءِof the prophetsصَلَوَاتُprayersاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedوَسَلَامَهُand His peaceأَجْمَعِينَto allلِالثَّعَالِبِيto Al-Thalabiوَالحَمْدُand all praiseلِلَّهِis to Allahرَبِّthe Lordالْعَالَمِينَof the worlds.
So in the stories of the prophets, the prayers of Allah the Exalted and His peace be upon all, to Al-Thalabi, and all praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

تَمَّThe book is completedالْكِتَابُthe bookبِحُسْنِwith goodتَوْفِيقِsuccessاللَّهِof Allahوَتَأْيِيدِهِand His assistance.
The book is completed with the good success of Allah and His assistance.
فَارْحَمْنَاSo have mercy on usبِرَحْمَتِكَwith Your mercyيَاOأَرْحَمَmost mercifulالرَّاحِمِينَof the merciful.
So have mercy on us with Your mercy, O most merciful of the merciful.
