Section (The author Abu Hanifa, May Allah be pleased with him: And the intercession of our Prophet Muhammad, Allah's intercession is a right for everyone who is of the people of Paradise, even if he was a possessor of a major sin. I say that the intercession of our Prophet upon him be the best of prayers and peace on the Day of Resurrection is a right for the sinners of the nation, as Allah, the Elevated, said: Maybe your Lord will raise you to a praiseworthy station. And for His saying: "My intercession is for the people of major sins of my nation, and by major sins here, it means except for polytheism, as Allah said: Indeed, Allah does not forgive that anyone be associated with Him and forgives all that is less than that for whom He wills. If it is said, you have affirmed intercession for the believers, while the Mu'tazilites say that the perpetrator of a major sin exits from faith, and they provided evidence with the apparent saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): 'the adulterer does not commit adultery when he commits adultery while he is a believer.' We say he intended when he made it lawful. For what it was narrated about the Prophet of Allah that he said to Abu Dharr al-Ghifari, May Allah be pleased with him: 'Announce in the people that whoever says there is no god but Allah enters Paradise even if he committed adultery even if he stole.' Thus in the Sea of Speech for the scholar Sword of the truth Abu the helper Nasafi and others. If it is said the apparent hadith requires; it is mentioned.
