And acquiring sin runs God the Exalted's forsaking with his intention and aim; he deserves the punishment for his own action. And if that is found in obedience, then God the Exalted's help and success runs with his action, as in the sea of speech. It has ended. The impossible, with the addition of the letter M, is what cannot be imagined to exist in reality, as in the explanation of the beginning of Al-Amali, the Book of Inheritance (Chapter). The author, Abu Hanifa, may God be pleased with him, said, "And we acknowledge that wiping over the two socks is obligatory for the resident for a day and a night, and for the traveler for three days and their nights. I say that the intended meaning from the obligation here is the belief in its permissibility, meaning that wiping over the two socks is permissible, and the belief in its permissibility is obligatory, and it will come soon. He said: "Because the hadith came like this; whoever denies it, then it is feared for him disbelief, as it is close to the mutawatir report." I say it is established its permissibility by the famous hadiths, which are near to the mutawatir. Therefore Abu Hanifa, may God have mercy on him, said that whoever denies the wiping over the two socks fears for him disbelief, and according to the statement of Abu Yusuf, the one who denies it disbelieves, because the famous among him is from the category of mutawatir from scholars, who have said: indeed it is established.
