The prohibition and permissibility extend to financial assets with knowledge of it, except in the right of the heir, for the wealth of his ancestor is permissible for him even if he knows.

Note that returning a small amount of forbidden silver is better with God, the Exalted, than a pilgrimage that is accepted. It was said that it is seventy accepted pilgrimages as stated in the book of the rich seekers by Sheikh Abd al-Qadir al-Kylanian, and the dakh weighs five strands of hair as Al-Akhtri said.

And it was said that the dakh weighs one sixth of a dirham and the carat is half a dakh.

And Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Al-Bayhaqi narrated from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: The soul of the believer is suspended by his debt until it is settled for him.'
