لَمْnotيَزَلْhave ceasedعالِمًاa scholar،,وَقارِدًاand capableلَمْnotيَزَلْhave ceasedقادِرًاcapable،,وَسَمِيعًاand all-hearingلَمْnotيَزَلْhave ceasedسَمِيعًاall-hearing،,وَبَصِيرًاand all-seeingلَمْnotيَزَلْhave ceasedبَصِيرًاall-seeing،,وَفِيAnd inهَذَاthisاتِّفَاقٍagreementلَأَنَّbecauseهَذَاthisمِنْofصِفَاتِattributesالذَّاتِthe selfثُمَّthenمِنْofصِفَاتِattributesالذَّاتِthe selfوَالْجَلاَلِmajestyوَالْكِبْرِيَاءِand prideوَالْقُدْرَةِand powerوَالْعِلْمِand knowledgeوَالْسَّمْعِand hearingوَالْبَصَرِand sightوَالْكَلَامِand speechوَمَاand whateverسِوَاهَاis besides itمِنْofصِفَاتِattributesالْفِعْلِactionكَائِنٌexistsلِلتَّخْلِيقِfor creationوَالتَّكْوِينِand formationوَالرِّزْقِand provisionوَالْفِعْلِand actionوَالإِرَادَةِand willوَالمَشِيئَةِand desireوَالْقَضَاءِand decreeوَالْحُكْمِ*and judgment*وَيَرُدُّAnd it respondsعَلَىagainstالْقَدَرِيَّةِthe Qadaritesوَالْأَشْعَرِيَّةِand the Asharitesبُرْهَانَهُمْtheir proofفَنَقُولُSo we sayإِنَّthatالْبَانِيَthe builderبَانَhas builtوَإِنْand even ifلَمْnotيَبْنِhe built،,وَالْكَاتِبُand the writerكَاتِبٌis a writerوَإِنْand even ifلَمْnotيَكْتُبْhe writes،,وَلَيْسَand there is notمِنْfromضَرُورَةٍnecessityصَيْرُورَةٍbecomingالْكَاتِبِthe writerكَاتِبًاa writerيَحْصَلُis obtainedمِنْهُfrom himفِعْلٍactionالْكِتَابَةِof writingفَلِذَلِكَand soجازَit is permissibleأَنْthatيَكُونَit isالرَّبُّthe Lordخالِقًاa creatorوَإِنْand ifلَمْnotيَخْلُقْhe createsثُمَّthenالدَّلِيلُthe evidenceعَلَىonمَاwhatقُلْنَاwe saidأَنَّهُthat heلَوْifلَمْnotيَكُنْbeخَالِقًاa creatorمِنْfromقَبْلَbeforeثُمَّthenأَحْدَثَcaused to happenلِنَفْسِهِfor himselfفِعْلًاan actionالْخَلْقِthe creationفَخَلَقَand he createdالْخَلْقَthe creaturesبِهِwith itيَطْلُبُhe demandsتِلْكَthatالصِّفَةَattributeعِندَwhenفَرَاغِهِhis completionمِنَofالْخَلْقِthe creationفَبَقِيَand he remainedعَاجِزًاincapableعَنْofالْخَلْقِthe creationتَعَالَىexalted isاللَّهُGodذَٰلِكَthatعُلُوًّاin exaltationعَنْoverكَبِيرًاgreatlyوَقَالَAnd He saidاللَّهُGod::«كُلَّEveryيَوْمٍdayهُوَheفِيinشَأْنٍa matter**وَلَأَنَّand becauseالشَّيْءَthe thingالْمُحْدَثِnewly createdمَحَلٍّthe placeالتَّغَيُّرِof changeفَكَمَاFor just asلَاnotيَجُوزُit is permissibleالتَّغَيُّرُthe changeعَلَىonذَاتِهِHis essenceوَصِفَاتِهِand His attributesالذَّاتِيَّةِthe essentialفَكَذَلِكَsimilarlyلَاnotيَجُوزُit is permissibleالتَّغَيُّرُthe changeعَلَىonصِفَاتِهِHis attributesالْفِعْلِيَّةِof actions،,وَلَأَنَّهُand becauseلَوْifكَانَit wasيُحْدِثُhe createsلِنَفْسِهِfor himselfصِفَةًan attributeاسْمًاnameلَكَانَit would beسَبَبُهَاits causeبِخَلْقٍwith creationوَهُوَand He isلَمْnotيَلِدْbornوَلَمْand notيُولَدْgive birthوَلَمْand notيَكُنْbeلَهُfor Himكُفُؤًاequalأَحَدٌanyone

He is still a scholar, and He is still capable, and He is still all-hearing, and He is still all-seeing.

ثُمَّthenالْمَذْهَبُthe doctrineالصَّحِيحُcorrectأَنْthatاللَّهَGodتَعَالَىexalted isمَوْصُوفٌdescribedبِجَمِيعِwith allصِفَاتٍattributesفِيinالأَزَلِeternity

Then the correct doctrine is that God, exalted is He, is described with all attributes in eternity.
