Atiyah from Abu Said Al-Khudari said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The superiority of the speech of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, over all other speech is like the superiority of Allah over His creatures. This proves that the Quran is the speech of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted; and whatever is the speech of Allah was not created by Allah. Allah has made it clear that the Quran is His speech by saying, 'until he hears the speech of Allah.'

And He indicated that in several places of His Book. Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, informed that Allah spoke to Musa in a speech.

And one of the things that clarify that Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, is speaking and He has a speech.
