وَيَأْجُوجُAnd Gogوَمَأْجُوجُand Magogوَثَلاثَةٌand threeخُسُوفٌeclipsesخَسَفٌof the sinkingsبِالمَشْرِقِin the eastوَخَسَفٌand sinkingبِالمَغْرِبِin the westوَخَسَفٌand sinkingبِجَزِيرَةِin the islandالْعَرَبِof the Arabsوَآخِرُand the lastذَٰلِكَof thatنَارٌfireتَخْرُجُcomes outمِنَfromالْيَمَنِYemenتَطْرُدُthat drives outالنَّاسَthe peopleإِلَىtoمَحْشَرِهِمْtheir gathering place* كَذَلِكَ* Thusفِيinالمَصَابِيحِthe lampsوَاللَّهُAnd AllahتَعَالَىMost HighيَهْدِيguidesمَنwhomيَشَاءُHe willsإِلَىtoصِرَاطٍthe pathمُسْتَقِيمٍstraight) أَيُّ) that isيُوَفِّقُHe succeedsوَيُثَبِّتُand confirmsعَلَىonاعْتِقَادٍbeliefصَحِيحٍcorrectوَعَمَلٍand deedsصَالِحٍrighteous
And Gog and Magog, and three eclipses, one in the east, one in the west, and one in the island of the Arabs. The last of them is a fire that comes out from Yemen, driving people to their gathering place. * Thus, in the lamps. And Allah, the Most High, guides whom He wills to the straight path.
قَوْلُThe sayingالإِمَامِof the Imamالأَعْظَمِthe greatestأَبِيof AbuحَنِيفَةَHanifahرَحِمَهُmay he have mercyاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىMost HighوandاللَّهُAllahيَهْدِيguidesمَنwhomيَشَاءُHe willsإِلَىtoآخِرِهِthe end of itكَأَنَّهُas ifقَالَhe said::فَمَاSo whatعَلَيْنَاis upon usإِلَّاexceptالبلاغَthe conveyingوandاللَّهُAllahيَهْدِيguidesمَنwhomيَشَاءُHe willsإِلَىtoصِرَاطٍthe pathمُسْتَقِيمٍstraight،,اللَّهُمَّO AllahيَاOهَادِيَGuideالْمُهْتَدِينَthe rightly guidedاهْدِنَاGuide usإِلَىtoالصِّرَاطِthe pathالْمُسْتَقِيمِstraightبِفَضْلِكَby Your graceوَإِحْسَانِكَand Your kindnessالْعَظِيمِthe great
The saying of the greatest Imam Abu Hanifah, may Allah have mercy on him: "So what is upon us except the conveying, and Allah guides whom He wills to the straight path." O Allah, O Guide of the rightly guided, guide us to the straight path by Your grace and great kindness.
يَاOحَلِيمٌforbearingوَصَلَّىand may blessings beاللَّهُAllahعَلَىuponسَيِّدِنَاour masterمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadوَعَلَىand onآلِهِhis familyوَصَحْبِهِand his companionsوَعَلَىand onجَمِيعِallالْأَنْبِيَاءِthe prophetsوَالْمُرْسَلِينَand messengersوَالحَمْدُAnd all praiseلِلَّهِis for Allahرَبِّthe Lordالْعَالَمِينَof the worlds
O Forbearing, and blessings be upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions, and upon all prophets and messengers. And all praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
تَمَّCompletedالشَّرْحُthe explanationالْمُبَارَكُblessedبِحَمْدِby the praiseاللَّهِAllahوَعَوْنِهِand His helpوَحَسَنْand the goodتَوْفِيقِهِguidanceوَتَمَّand completedطَبْعُهُits printingفِيinعِشْرِينَtwentiethمِنَofشَهْرِthe monthذِيof DhuالْحُجَّةِAl-Hijjahسَنَةٍyear١٣٢١1321هَجْرِيَّةٍHijri
The blessed explanation has been completed by the praise of Allah and His help and good guidance, and its printing was completed on the twentieth of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah in the year 1321 Hijri.
