Hud, Saleh, Shu'ayb, and others all say, 'Worship Allah; you have no god other than Him.' Especially the best of the messengers whom Allah took as friends, Ibrahim and Muhammad, peace be upon them.
فَإِنَّIndeedهَذَاthisالأَصْلُoriginبَيَّنَهُthat He explainedاللَّهُAllahبِهِمَاby themوَأَيَّدَهُمَاand supported themفِيinفِيهِitوَنَشَرَهُand spread it.فَإِبْرَاهِيمُIbrahimهُوَhe isالإِمَامُthe ImamالَّذِيwhoقَالَsaidاللَّهُAllahفِيهِabout himالْبَقَرَةِin Al-BaqarahإِنِّيIndeed, Iجَاعِلُكَmake youلِلنَّاسِfor the peopleإِمَامًاImam.
Indeed, this origin was explained by Allah and He supported them in it and spread it. Ibrahim is he who Allah said about in Al-Baqarah, 'Indeed, I am making you an Imam for the people.'
وَفِيAnd inذُرِّيَّتِهِhis descendantsجَعَلَHe madeالنُّبُوَّةَthe prophethoodوَالْكِتَابَthe bookوَالْرُّسُلَand the messengers.

So the people of this prophethood and message are from those gods whom Allah has blessed.
قَالَHe saidسُبْحَانَهُGlorified is HeفِيinالرَّحْمَةِAz-Zukhruf.وَإِذْAnd whenقَالَIbrahim saidإِبْرَاهِيمُIbrahimلِأَبِيهِto his fatherوَقَوْمِهِand his peopleإِنَّنِيIndeed, Iبَرَاءٌam freeمِمَّاfrom whatتَعْبُدُونَyou worshipإِلَّاexceptالَّذِيfor the One whoفَطَرَنِيcreated me.فَإِنَّهُIndeed, Heسَيَهْدِينِيwill guide me.وَجَعَلَهَاAnd He made itكَلِمَةًa wordبَاقِيَةًthat will remainفِيinعَقِبِهِhis descendantsلَعَلَّهُمْso that theyيَرْجِعُونَmay return.
He said, 'Glorified is He in Az-Zukhruf. And when Ibrahim said to his father and his people, 'Indeed, I am free from what you worship except for the One who created me. Indeed, He will guide me.' And He made it a word that will remain in his descendants, so that they may return.

So this word is the word of sincerity to Allah, and it is the declaration of innocence from every deity except for the Creator who created us.

Should I take deities other than Him? If the Most Merciful were to harm me, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me.
