The fortune of love, and for this it is mentioned about the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said, "He who is pleased with Allah as a Lord, with Islam as a religion, and with Muhammad as a Prophet has tasted the taste of faith."
وَفِيAnd inالصَّحِيحَيْنِthe two authentic booksعَنِaboutالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet(صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)(peace be upon him)أَنَّهُthat heقَالَsaidثَلاثَةٌthreeمَنْwhoeverكُنَّاhasفِيهِfoundوَجَدَfoundحَلَاوَةَthe sweetnessالْإِيمَانِof faith.
And in the two authentic books about the Prophet (peace be upon him) he said, "Three qualities, if found in a person, indicate that he has experienced the sweetness of faith."
أَنْThatيَكُونَhe should beاللَّهُAllahوَرَسُولُهُand His Messengerأَحَبُّmore belovedإِلَيْهِto himمِمَّاthan whatسِوَاهُمَاis besides them.
That Allah and His Messenger are more beloved to him than all else.
وَمَنْAnd whoeverكَانَlovesيُحِبُّa personالْمَرْءُfor a personلَاnotيُحِبُّهُhe loves himإِلَّاexceptلِلَّهِfor the sake of Allah.

And whoever hates to return to disbelief after Allah has saved him from it, just as he hates to be cast into the fire.
وَهَذَاAnd thisمِمَّاis part ofيُبَيِّنُwhat clarifiesمِنَfromالْكَلَامِthe speechعَلَىonالْمُحِبَّةِlove.فَنَقُولُSo we say,فَصْلٌchapter.مُحِبَّةٌThe loveاللَّهِof Allahوَرَسُولِهِand His Messengerمِنْis amongأَعْظَمِthe greatestوَاجِبَاتِobligationsالإِيمَانِof faith.
And this is part of the speech on love. So we say, the love of Allah and His Messenger is among the greatest obligations of faith.

And the greatest of its connections and the most sublime of its pillars; indeed, it is the fundamental principle of all the actions of faith and religion.

Indeed, every movement in existence is derived either from a praiseworthy love or from a blameworthy love.

As we have elaborated that in the rule of love from the major tenets of love.
فَجَمِيعَةًSo allالأَعْمَالِdeedsالإِيمَانِيَّةِof faithالْدِّينِيَّةِand religionلَاdo notتَصْدُرُemanateإِلَّاexceptعَنْfromالْمُحِبَّةِpraiseworthy love.
So all deeds of faith and religion do not emanate except from praiseworthy love.
وَأَصْلٌAnd the foundationالْمُحِبَّةُof praiseworthy loveالمَمْدُوحَةُis the loveهِيَit isمُحِبَّةُthe loveاللَّهِof AllahسُبْحَانَهُGlory be to Himوَتَعَالَىand Exalted.
And the foundation of praiseworthy love is the love of Allah, Glory be to Him and Exalted.
إِذْIndeed,الْعَمَلُthe actionالصَّادِرُthat emanatesعَنْfromمَحَبَّةٍloveمَذْمُومَةٍthat is blameworthyعِندَbeforeاللَّهِAllahلَاdoes notيَكُونُcount asعَمَلًاa good deed.
Indeed, the action that emanates from blameworthy love before Allah does not count as a good deed.

Indeed, Allah the Exalted does not accept any deeds except those intended for His sake.
كَمَاAsثَبَتَit is establishedفِيinالصَّحِيحِthe authenticعَنْfromالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet(صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)(peace be upon him)أَنَّهُthat heقَالَsaidيَقُولُAllah saysتَعَالَىthe Exalted.أَنَاI amأَغْنَىthe One Who is freeالشُّرَكَاءِof partnersعَنْfromالشِّرْكِassociating partnersفَمَنSo whoeverعَمِلَworksعَمَلًاa deedفَأَشْرَكَand associatesفِيهِin itغَيْرِيother than meفَأَنَاthen Iمِنْهُam freeبَرِيءٌof it.
As it is established in the authentic reports from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that Allah says, 'I am the One Who is free of partners; whoever does a deed and associates other than me in it, then I am free of it.'
وَهُوَAnd it isكُلُّهُall of itلِلَّذِيfor the one whoأَشْرَكَassociates partners.وَثَبَتَAnd it is establishedفِيinالصَّحِيحِthe authenticحَدِيثٍnarrationالثَّلاثَةِof the threeالَّذِينَwhoهُمْareأوَّلُthe firstمِنْamongتُسْعَرَto be scorchedبِهِمْby themالنَّارُthe fire.الْقَارِئُthe readerالْمُرَائِيwho is showing offوَالْمُجَاهِدُand the fighterالْمُرَائِيwho is showing offوَالْمُتَصَدِّقُand the one who gives charityالْمُرَائِيwho is showing off.
And it is all for the one who associates partners. And it is established in the authentic narration of the three who are the first to be scorched by the fire: the reader who shows off, the fighter who shows off, and the one who gives charity who shows off.
بَلْRather,إخْلَاصٌsincerityالدِّينِin religionلِلَّهِfor Allahهُوَisالدِّينُthe religionالَّذِيwhichلَاdoes notيَقْبَلُacceptاللَّهُAllahسِوَاهُbesides it.
