إِنَّIndeedاللَّهَGodلَمْdid notيَضَعْplaceدَاءًdiseaseإِلَّاexceptوَضَعَHe placedلَهُfor itشِفَاءًhealingأَوْorدَوَاءًmedicineإِلَّاexceptدَاءًone disease
Indeed, God did not place any disease except that He placed for it a healing or medicine, except for one disease.
قَالُواThey saidيَاOرَسُولَMessengerاللَّهِof God, مَا, whatهُوَis it?قَالَHe said: «الْهَرَمُ»: "aging."
They said, 'O Messenger of God, what is it?' He said: "aging."
قَالَHe saidالتُّرْمِذِيُّAl-Tirmidhi: هَذَا: thisحَدِيثٌHadithحَسَنٌgoodصَحِيحٌauthentic.
Al-Tirmidhi said: 'This Hadith is good and authentic.'
وَهَذَاAnd thisيَعْمُوincludesأَدْوَاءَthe diseasesالْقَلْبِof the heartوَالرُّوحِand the soulوَالْبَدَنِand the body, أَدْوِيَتُهَا, and their remedies.
And this includes the diseases of the heart, soul, and body, and their remedies.
وَقَدْAnd indeedجَعَلَmadeالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetالْجَهْلَignorance, دَاءً, a disease,وَجَعَلَand madeدَوَاءَهُits remedyسُؤَالَthe askingالْعُلَمَاءِof the scholars.
And indeed, the Prophet made ignorance a disease, and made its remedy the asking of the scholars.
فَرَوَىNarratedأَبُوAbuدَاوُدَDawoodفِيinسُنَنِهِhis Sunanمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithجَابِرٍof Jabirبِنِbinعَبْدِ اللَّهِAbdullahقَالَhe said: خَرَجْنَا: We went out
Narrated Abu Dawood in his Sunan from the hadith of Jabir bin Abdullah who said: 'We went out.'
وَأَخْرَجَهُIt was narratedالتُّرْمِذِيُّby Al-Tirmidhiوَأَبُوand AbuدَاوُدَDawoodوَابْنَand IbnمَاجَهْMajah, وَأَحْمَدُ, and Ahmad, وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ, and Al-Tabarani: وَغَيْرِهِمْ, and othersمِنْfromطُرُقٍwaysعَنْfromالثَّوْرِيِّAl-Thawriوَشُعْبَةَand Shu'baوَابْنَand IbnعُيَيْنَةَUyainahوَالأَعْمَشَand Al-A'mash, وَزَائِدَةَ, and Zaidah, وَزُهَيْرًا, and Zuhair, وَغَيْرَهُمْ, and othersكُلُّهُمْall of themعَنْfromزِيَادِZiyadبِنِbinعَلَاقَةَAl-AlaqahعَنْfromأُسَامَةَUsamahبِنِbinشَرِيكٍShareek
It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah, Ahmad, Al-Tabarani, and others from various chains from Al-Thawri, Shu'ba, Ibn Uyainah, Al-A'mash, Zaidah, Zuhair, and others—all from Ziyad bin Al-Alaqah from Usamah bin Shareek.
فَذَكَرَهُHe mentioned itبَعْضُهُمْsome of themمُطَوَّلًاin detailوَبَعْضُهُمْand some of themمُخْتَصَرًاin brief.
He mentioned it, some of them in detail and some of them briefly.
وَالْحَدِيثُAnd the hadithصَحَّحَهُwas authenticatedسُفْيَانُby SufyanبِنِbinعُيَيْنَةَUyainahوَالتُّرْمِذِيُّand Al-Tirmidhiوَابْنُand IbnخُزَيْمَةَKhuzaymahوَابْنُand IbnحُبَانَHubanوَالْحَاكِمُand Al-Hakamوَالْدَّارَقُطْنِيُّand Al-Daraqutniوَالضِّيَاءُand Al-DhiyaالْمَقْدِسِيُّAl-Maqdisiوَالْبُوصِيرِيُّand Al-Bosiriوَغَيْرُهُمْ, and others.
And the hadith was authenticated by Sufyan bin Uyainah, Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Huban, Al-Hakam, Al-Daraqutni, Al-Dhiya Al-Maqdisi, Al-Bosiri, and others.

And likewise in the version of Paris from the جامع, the narration of Al-Kurukh (p. 134).
وَمَثَلُهُAnd similar to itفِيinتَحْفَةِthe masterpieceالأَشْرَافِof the Ashrafلِلْمَزِيِّby Al-Mazi(٦٢/١)(62/1).
And similar to it in the masterpiece of the Ashraf by Al-Mazi (62/1).
وَفِيAnd inالنُّسَخِthe copiesالأُخْرَىotherحَدِيثٌHadithصَحِيحٌauthentic.
And in the other copies, the Hadith is authentic.

He mentioned it. The Hafiz Ibn Hajar said in the enlightening summary (156/1):
صَحَّحَهُIt was authenticatedابْنُby IbnالسَّكَّنِAl-Sakan, وَقَالَ, and he saidابْنُIbnأَبِيAbiدَاوُدَDawood: تَفَرَّدَ: uniqueبِهِin it.
It was authenticated by Ibn Al-Sakan, and he said: 'Ibn Abi Dawood uniquely narrated it.'
وَكَذَٰلِكَAnd likewiseقَالَhe saidالدَّارَقُطْنِيُّAl-Daraqutni: وَلَيْسَ: 'It is notبِالْقَوِيِّstrong, ثُمَّ, thenذَكَرَhe mentionedالِاخْتِلَافَthe differencesعَلَىonرُوَاةِthe narratorsالْحَدِيثِof the Hadith.
And likewise, Al-Daraqutni said: 'It is not strong,' then he mentioned the differences in the narrators of the Hadith.
وَانظُرْAnd lookتَحْقِيقَat the investigationالْمُسْنَدِof the Musnad(٣٠٥٦)(3056)
And look at the investigation of the Musnad (3056).
