فَوْقَAbove(عَنْ)(about)وَكَتَبَand wroteخَKhaأَنْthatالْقُرْآنَthe Quranشِفَاءٌis a cure

Above (about) and wrote: Kha that the Quran is a cure.

(۲/ب)(2/B)أَثَّرَتْIt affectedوَأَزَالَتْand removedالدَّاءِthe diseaseالْعَلَامَةُThe signفَوْقَabove(أَثَّرَتْ)(it affected)وَفِيand inالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::خَKhaأَثَّرَit affectedفِيinإِزَالَةِremovalالدَّاءِthe disease

(2/B): "It affected and removed the disease." The sign is above (it affected) and in the margin: "Kha it affected in removal of the disease."

(5/A): "That protect me from the evil of this thief" and in the margin: "Kha protect me."

(۱۲/أ)(12/A)إِلَىtoالسَّمَاءِthe skyالَّتِيthatقَبْلَهَاpreceded itوَفِيand inالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::خَKhaتَلِيهَاfollowed.

(12/A): "To the sky that preceded it" and in the margin: "Kha followed."

(۲۸/ب)(28/B)لَعَنَCursedمَنْwhoأَكْمَةًmade blindedأَعْمَىblindعَنْfromالطَّرِيقِthe road.وَفِيAnd inالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::خَKha

(28/B): "Cursed is he who blinded from the road." And in the margin: "Kha".

وَبِالْخَطِّAnd in the same handwritingنَفْسِهِitself::تُوجَدُthere areتَصْحِيحَاتٌcorrections،,إِذْasاسْتَوْقَفَstoppedالْكَاتِبَthe writerبَعْضَsomeالْمَوَاضِعِplacesالَّتِيthatفِيهَاin itتَصْحِيفٌmisspellingأوorسَقَطَتْmissing،,فَكَتَبَso wroteفِيinالْحَاشِيَةِthe marginمَاwhatرَآهُhe sawصَوَابًاcorrectبَعْدَafterعَلاَمَةٍthe markظَ: ،,وَقَدْand maybeأَصَابَhe was rightأَحْيَانًاsometimes

And in the same handwriting itself: there are corrections, as the writer stopped at some places that have misspelling or are missing, so he wrote in the margin what he saw as correct after the mark 'Zha', and he was right sometimes.

وَمِنْAnd fromأَمْثِلَتِهِhis examples:: (Q۲/ب)2/B)تَعْتَرِينِيit affects meأَلْآpain.كَذَاThusجَاءَcameفِيinالنُّسْخَةِthe version،,فَكَتَبَso he wroteفِيinالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::ظَZhأَدْوَاءٌills،,يَعْنِيmeaningالظَّاهِرُit seemsأَنْthatالصَّوَابَcorrect

And from his examples: (Q 2/B): "It affects me pain." Thus came in the version, so he wrote in the margin: "Zh ills," meaning it seems that the correct is: "It affects me ills." He was right, and what is in the original is misinterpretation.

--قQ١٤/أ)14/A)ثُمَّThenعَلَيْنَاupon usفَقَالَhe said::أَيُّOإِخْوَانِيmy brothers.وَضَعَHe placedعَلاَمَةًa markفَوْقَabove(عَلَيْنَا)(upon us) ،,وَعَلَّقَand commentedفِيinالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::ظَZhأَقْبَلَcameأوorنَحْوَهُsomething like it.يَعْنِيThat isسَقَطَتْmissingكَلِمَةٌwordأَقْبَلَcameأوorنَحْوَهَاsimilar.

- (Q 14/A): Then upon us, he said: "O my brothers." He placed a mark above (upon us), and commented in the margin: "Zh came or something like that." That is, a word "came" or similar was missing before "upon us."

(Q۳۱/أ):31/A):وَجَدَfoundفِيinخَزَائِنِthe treasuresبَنِيof BanuأُمَيَّةَUmayyahحِنْطَةًwheatالْحَبَّةَthe grainكَقدْرٍas the measureنَوَاةٍkernelالثَّمَرَةِof the fruit.هُنَاHereكَتَبَhe wroteفِيinالْحَاشِيَةِthe margin::ظَZhحَبَّةِgrainالْحِنْطَةِof wheat.

(Q 31/A): "Found in the treasures of Banu Umayyah wheat grain as the measure of a kernel of fruit." Here he wrote in the margin: "Zh grain of wheat."
