وَرَحْمَتُهُAnd His mercyاِتَّجَهَturnedإِلَيْهِto himمَرَّةًonceأُخْرَىagainوَقَالَ:and said:وَلَاand do notتَسْتَطِلْextendهَذَاthisالْفَصْلُ،chapter,فَإِنَّforالْحَاجَةَthe needإِلَيْهَاto itشَدِيدَةٌis severeلِكُلِّfor everyoneأَحَدٍ»anyone."
And His mercy turned to him once again, and he said: "And do not extend this chapter, for the need to it is severe for everyone."
وَقَالَAnd he saidفِيinمَوْضِعٍa placeفَتَأَمَّلْSo contemplateهَذَا،this,فَإِنَّهُfor itيُزِيلُremovesعَنكَfrom youإِشْكَالاتٍmany problemsكَثِيرَةً»many."
And he said in a place: "So contemplate this, for it removes from you many problems."
وَقَالَAnd he saidفِيinمَوْضِعٍanother placeآخَرَ:another:هَذَاthisمَوْضِعٌplaceيَجِبُmustالاِعْتِنَاءُbe caredبِهِ».for."
And he said in another place: "This place must be cared for."
وَفِيAnd inالْكِتَابِthe bookفُصُولٌchaptersنَفِيسَةٌvaluableفِيinحَقِيقَةِthe realityالشِّرْكِof polytheismوَأَنْوَاعِهِand its typesوَخَصَائِصِand characteristicsالإِلَٰهِیَّةِof divinityوَبَيَانِand explanationالسِّرِّthe secretفِيinكَوْنِbeingالشِّرْكِpolytheismأَكْبَرَthe greatestالكَبَائِرِof sinsوَأَنَّand thatقُبْحَهُits uglinessمَغْرُوسٌis ingrainedفِيinالْفِطْرَةِthe natureوَالْعُقُولِand mindsقَبْلَbeforeأَنْthatتَنْزِلَthe laws descendالشَّرَائِعُthe legislationsبِتَحْرِيمِهِ.prohibiting it.
And in the book, there are valuable chapters on the reality of polytheism, its types, the characteristics of divinity, and an explanation of the secret in why polytheism is the greatest of sins, and that its ugliness is ingrained in nature and minds before the laws prohibiting it were revealed.
وَقَدْAndنَقَلَtransmittedهَذِهِtheseالفُصُولَchaptersبِاخْتِصَارٍin summaryوَتَصَرُّفٍand adaptationتَقِيُّTaqi al-Dinالدِّينِal-Maqriziالْمَقْرِizِيُّinفِيكتابه،كِتَابِهِ"Cleaning«تَجْرِيدِof monotheismالتَّوحِيدِthe Beneficial".
And these chapters were transmitted in summary and adaptation by Taqi al-Din al-Maqrizi in his book "Cleaning of Monotheism the Beneficial."
وَقَدْAndذَكَرَmentionedالشَّيْخُSheikhأَبُوAbuالسَّمَحِal-SamhعَبْدُAbdul-DahherالظَّاهِرِbinبِنْMuhammadمُحَمَّدٍinفِيمُقَدِّمَتِهِ،مُقَدِّمَتِهِto thisهَذَاbookاللّٰهِthat heأَنَّهُthe firstأَوَّلُbookكِتَابٍهداه،هَدَاهُhe was guidedاللّٰهُby Godبِهَاwith itوَأَنْقَذَهُand saved himمِنْfromالضَّلالِ.misguidance.
And Sheikh Abu al-Samh Abdul-Dahher bin Muhammad mentioned in his introduction to this book that it was the first book he was guided by God with and saved from misguidance.
وَلَعَلَّهُAnd perhapsيَقْصِدُhe meansهَذِهِtheseالْفُصُولَchaptersالَّتِيthatلَخَّصَهَاhe summarizedالمَقْرِيزِيُّal-Maqriziفِيinكِتَابِهِhis bookاللَّطِيفِ.the delicate.
And perhaps he means these chapters that al-Maqrizi summarized in his delicate book.
وَالْشَّيْخُAnd the SheikhأَبُوAbuالسَّمَحِal-Samhمِنْfromعُلَمَاءِthe scholarsالْأَزْهَرِof Al-Azharوَقَدْand heاسْتَقْدَمَهُbrought himالْمَلِكُthe KingعَبْدُAbdulazizالْعَزِيزِ،may God have mercy on him,وَأَسْنَدَand assignedإِلَيْهِhimالإِمَامَةَthe Imamateوَالخُطْبَةَand sermonizingفِيinالْحَرَمِthe sanctuaryالْمَكِّيِّof Meccaالشَّرِيفِthe honorableمَعَalong withإِدَارَةِthe administrationدَارِHouseالْحَدِيثِof HadithفِيinمَكَّةَMeccaالْمُكَرَّمَةِthe honored(١٣٤٥(1345--١٣٧٠هـ1370 AH
And Sheikh Abu al-Samh is from the scholars of Al-Azhar, and King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, brought him and assigned him to the Imamate and sermonizing in the honorable sanctuary of Mecca, along with the administration of the House of Hadith in the honored Mecca (1345 - 1370 AH).
وَقَالَAnd SheikhالشَّيْخُBakarبُكْرٌAbu Zaidأَبُوmay God protect him:زَيْدٌInوَفِيthisهَذَاbookالْكِتَابِthere areمِنْfromلَّطَائِفِdelicaciesالعِلْمِof knowledgeوَحَقَائِقِهِand its truthsوَبَيَانِand the statementمُحاسَبَةِof accountingالنَّفْسِthe selfوَمُرَاقَبَتِهَاand monitoring itمَا لَاthat whichيَسْتَغْنِيone cannot do withoutعَنْهَاitطَالِبٌa student.
And Sheikh Bakar Abu Zaid, may God protect him: "In this book, there are delicacies of knowledge and its truths, and the statement of accounting the self and monitoring it that a student cannot do without."
وَقَدْAndنَبَّهَنِيhe alerted meعَلَىtoهَذَاthisالنَّقْلِtransmissionأَخِيmy brotherالشَّيْخُSheikhعَلِيٌّAliالْعِمْرَانِيُّAl-Imranمُحَقِّقُthe verifierالْكِتَابِof the bookالْمَذْكُورِmentionedجَزَاهُmay he be rewardedاللّٰهُGodخَيْرًا.good."
And he alerted me to this transmission, my brother Sheikh Ali Al-Imran, the verifier of the mentioned book; may God reward him with good.
الأَعْلَامُThe scholarsلِلزَّرْكَليAl-Zarqali(١١/٤)،(11/4),وَقَدْandتَوُفِّيَhe diedالشَّيْخُthe SheikhأَبُوAbuالسَّمَحِal-Samhسَنَةَin the year١٣٧٠هـ.1370 AH.
The scholars have reported about al-Zarqali (11/4), and the Sheikh Abu al-Samh died in the year 1370 AH.
