ثَالِثًاThirdly: قَدْIt mayيُنْقَلَthe author may transmitالْمُؤَلِّفُthe authorبَعْضَsomeالنُّصُوصِtextsدُونَwithoutالتَّصْرِيحِstatingبِمَصْدَرِهَاthe source.

Thirdly: The author may transmit some texts without stating the source.

وَمِنْAnd from that:نَقْلٍtransmittingكَلَامًاa statementأَسْنَدَهُhe attributedإِلَىtoبَعْضِsomeالْعُلَمَاءِscholars(٤٥٠).(450).وَالْمَقْصُودُThe intendedابْنُIbnحَزْمٍ،Hazm; the author summarizedوَقَدْand itتَلَخَّصَتْsummarizedالْمُؤَلِّفُthe authorكَلَامَهُhis wordsالْمَذْكُورَةُmentionedفِيinكِتَابِهِhis book«الأَخْلَاقِ"Al-Akhlaqوَالسِّيَرِ»and Al-Siyar."

And from that: he transmitted a statement attributed to some scholars (450). The intended one is Ibn Hazm, and the author summarized his words mentioned in his book "Al-Akhlaq wa Al-Siyar."

It appears that the source of some transmissions is the clear explanatory book regarding those who were cited from the lovers of Maghlatayi (510-513).

وَقَدْAnd itنُقِلَتْtransmittedالْمُؤَلِّفُthe authorطَائِفَةٌa groupمِنْofقِصَصِstoriesالْحُبِّof love(٥٢٠(520 -٥٣٢)،532),وَهِيَand they areوَارِدَةٌmentionedفِيinمَنَازِلِthe residencesالأَحْبَابِ»of the beloved"لِشِهَابٍfor Shihab.ثَلاَثِينَ30

And the author transmitted a group of stories of love (520 - 532), and they are mentioned in the "Mahal of the Beloved" for Shihab.
