Which make obligatory the wrath of the Judge, admission to the Fire, and living in disgrace and humiliation; and those are names that render obligatory the pleasure of the Most Merciful, entry to Paradise, and confer honor upon the one named with them over all types of humankind.

If there were no punishment for disobedience except the merit of those names and their consequences, there would be a deterrent in the mind against it; and if there were no reward for obedience except the triumph with those names and their consequences, there would be a command in the mind for it.
وَلَكِنْButلَاthere is noمَانِعٌpreventer from whatلِمَاGod has givenأَعْطَىto what He grantsاللَّهُ (۳)،(3)وَلَاnorمُعْطٍgiver to whatلِمَاHe has withheldمَنَعَnor preventer from whatوَلَاnorمُقَرِّبٌbringer near to whomلِمَنْwhomبَاعَدَ،He has distanced,وَلَاand norمُبْعَدٌmover away from whomلِمَنْhas drawn close.قَرَبَForوَمَنAnd whomsoeverيُهِنِHe humiliatesاللَّهُAllahفَمَاthen whatلَهُfor himمِنْis fromمُّكْرِمٌhonorsإِنَّIndeedاللَّهَAllahيَفْعَلُdoesمَاwhateverيَشَاءُHe wills.
But there is no preventer from what God has given (3), nor giver to what He has withheld, nor bringer near to whom He has distanced, nor mover away from whom He has drawn close. And whomsoever Allah humiliates, then what is for him of honors? Indeed, Allah does whatever He wills.

فَلَاSo you do notتَجِدُfindعَاقِلَيْنِtwo rational individualsأَحَدُهُمَاone of themمُطِيعٌis obedient toاللَّهَ،God,وَالْآخَرُand the otherعَاصٍ،disobedient,إِلَّاexceptوَعَقْلَand the mindالْمُطِيعِof the obedientمِنْهُمَاof them bothأَوْفَرُis more abundantوَأَكْمَلُ،and complete,وَفِكْرُهُand his thoughtأَصَحُّ،is more correct,وَرَأْيُهُand his opinionأَشَدُّ،is stronger,وَالصَّوَابُand correct (is)
So you do not find two rational individuals, one of whom is obedient to God, and the other disobedient, except that the mind of the obedient of them is more abundant and complete, and his thought is more correct, and his opinion stronger, and correctness is his companion.
