وَمِنْهَاAmong themالْوَدُّthe affectionالَّذِيthatيَجْعَلُهُHe makes itسُبحَانَهُglory be to Himلَهُمْfor themم))وَهُوَAndأَنَّهُthat Heيُحِبُّهُمْloves themوَيُحَبِّبُهُمْand makes them belovedإِلَىtoمَلَائِكَتِهِHis angelsوَأَنْبِيَائِهِand His prophetsوَعِبَادِهِand His righteous servantsالصَّالِحِينَthe righteous.

Among them is the affection that He, glory be to Him, makes for them. And it is that He loves them and makes them beloved to His angels, His prophets, and His righteous servants.

وَمِنْهَاAmong themأَمَانَهُمْis their securityمِنَfromالْخَوْفِfearيَوْمَon the dayيَشْتَدُّwhen it intensifiesالْخَوْفُthe fear.

Among them is their security from fear on the day when fear intensifies.

فَمَنْSo whoeverآمَنَbelievesوَأَصْلَحَand does good deedsفَلَاthen there is noخَوْفٌfearعَلَيْهِمْupon themوَلَاand notهُمْtheyيَحْزَنُونَwill grieve.

So whoever believes and does good deeds, then there is no fear upon them, nor will they grieve.

وَمِنْهَا:Among them is:أَنَّهُمْthat they areالْمُنْعَمُthe bestowedعَلَيْهِمْupon themالَّذِينَthose whoأُمِرْنَاwe are commandedأَنْtoنَسْأَلَهُask Himأَنْtoيَهْدِينَاguide usإِلَىtoصِرَاطِهِمْtheir pathفِيinكُلِّeveryيَوْمٍdayوَلَيْلَةٍand nightسَبْعَseventeenعَشَرَةًtimes.

Among them is that they are the bestowed upon ones who we are commanded to ask Him to guide us to their path every day and night, seventeen times.

وَمِنْهَاAmong themأَنَّthatالْقُرْآنَthe Quranإنَّمَاis onlyهُوَitهُدًىguidanceلَهُمْfor themوَشِفَاءٌand healing.

Among them is that the Quran is only guidance for them and healing.

قُلْSay,هُوَIt isلِلَّذِينَfor those whoآمَنُواbelieve.هُدًىguidanceوَشِفَاءٌand healing.وَالَّذِينَAnd those whoلَاdo notيُؤْمِنُونَbelieveفِيinمَاذَانِهِمْtheir ears.وَقَرٌand heaviness.وَهُوَAnd it isعَلَيْهِمْupon themعَمَىblindness.أُوَلَئِكَThey will be called from a distant place.

Say, 'It is guidance and healing for those who believe. And for those who do not believe, in their ears is heaviness, and it is blindness upon them; they will be called from a distant place.

وَالْمَقْصُودُAnd the intended meaningأَنْis thatالْإِيمَانُfaithسَبَبٌis the reasonجَالِبٌthat bringsلِكُلِّfor everyخَيْرٍ،good,وَكُلُّand allخَيْرٍgoodفِيinالدُّنْيَاthis worldوَالْآخِرَةِand the Hereafterفَسَبَبُهُis due to faith.وَكُلُّAnd everyشَرٍّevilفِيinالدُّنْيَاthis worldوَالْآخِرَةِand the Hereafterفَسَبَبُهُis due to lack of faith.

And the intended meaning is that faith is the reason that brings every good, and all good in this world and the Hereafter is due to faith, and every evil in this world and the Hereafter is due to lack of faith.

فَكَيْفَSo howيَهُونُcan it become easyعَلَىforالْعَبْدِthe servantأَنْtoيَرْتَكِبَcommitشَيْئًاsomethingيُخْرِجُهُthat takes him outمِنْfromدَائِرَةِthe circleالإِيمَانِof faithوَيَحُولَand placesبَيْنَهُbetween himوَبَيْنَهُ؟and himself?

So how can it become easy for a servant to commit something that takes him out of the circle of faith and places a barrier between him and himself?

وَلَكِنَّButلَاnotيُخْرِجُtaken outمِنْfromدَائِرَةِthe circleعُمُومِof generalالْمُسْلِمِينَ،Muslims,فَإِنَّfor ifاسْتَمَرَّhe continuesعَلَىonالذُّنُوبِsinsوَأَصَرَّand insistsعَلَيْهَاon themخِيفَthere is fearعَلَيْهِupon himأَنْthatيُرِينَit becomes evidentعَلَىonقَلْبِهِ،his heart,فَيُخْرِجَهُand takes him outعَنْfromالْإِسْلَامِIslamبِالْكُلِّيَّةِ.entirely.

But he is not taken out from the circle of general Muslims, for if he continues on sins and insists upon them, there is fear upon him that it will become evident on his heart, and take him out from Islam entirely.

وَمِنْAnd fromهُنَاhereاشْتَدَّintensifiedخَوْفُthe fearالسَّلَفِ،of the predecessors,كَمَاjust asقَالَsaidبَعْضُهُمْsome of them:أَنْتُمْYou allتَخَافُونَfearالذُّنُوبَ،the sins,وَأَنَاand Iأَخَافُfearالْكُفْرَ.the disbelief.

And from here the fear of the predecessors intensified, just as some of them said: 'You all fear sins, and I fear disbelief!'

لَكُمْFor youنُورًاa lightتَمْشُونَwith which you walk,بِهِ،with it,وَيَغْفِرُand He forgivesلَكُمْ،for you,وَاللَّهُand Allahغَفُورٌis the Most Forgiving,رَّحِيمٌthe Most Merciful.

For you is a light with which you walk, and He forgives for you, and Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

قالَHe saidتَعَالَى:the Exalted:إِنَّIndeed,الَّذِينَthose whoآمَنُواbelieveوَعَمِلُواand act righteouslyالصَّالِحَاتِthe righteous deedsسَيَجْعَلُHe will makeلَهُمُfor themالرَّحْمَـٰنُthe Most Mercifulوَدًّا)affection.

He said the Exalted: 'Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Most Merciful will make for them affection.'

فِيInجَمِيعِallالنُّسُخِ:versions:فَمَنْSo whoeverآمَنَbelievesوَعَمِلَand actsصَالِحًاrighteouslyفَلَاthere is noخَوْفٌfear.

In all versions: So whoever believes and acts righteously, there is no fear.

وَهُوَAnd it isكُلُّ خَيْرٍ ...all good...

And it is all good...

ذُكِرَMentionedنَحْوُهُsomething similarمَكِّيٌّMakkīفِيinقُوتِthe nourishmentالقلوبِof hearts.

Something similar was mentioned by Makkī in the nourishment of hearts.
