وَAndذَكَرَmentionedابْنَthe son ofأَبِيAbuالدُّنْيَاDunya(١1)مِنْfromحَدِيثِthe narrationعَمَّارَAmmaarبْنِbinيَاسِرَYasirوَحُذَيْفَةَand Hudhayfahعَنْaboutالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet::«إِنَّIndeedاللَّهَAllahعَزَّAlmightyوَجَلَّand Exaltedإِذَاwhenأَرَادَwillsبِالْعِبَادِfor the servantsنِقْمَةًa punishmentأَمَاتَHe killsالْأَطْفَالَthe children،,وَأَعْقَمَand renders barrenأَرْحَامَthe wombsالنِّسَاءِof women,,فَتَنَزَّلَthen the punishment descendsالنِّقْمَةُthe punishmentوَلَيْسَand there is notفِيهِمْamong themمَرْحُومٍsomeone who is merciful.»"
And Ibn Abi Dunya (1) mentioned from the narration of Ammaar bin Yasir and Hudhayfah about the Prophet: "Indeed, when Allah Almighty wills punishment for the servants, He kills the children and renders the wombs of women barren, then the punishment descends and there is not among them someone who is merciful."
وَذَكَرَAnd mentioned(٢2)عَنْaboutمَالِكٍMalikبْنِbinدِينَارٍDinar،,قَالَhe said:قَرَأْتُI readفِيinالْحِكْمَةِwisdom::يَقُولُHe saysاللَّهُAllahعَزَّAlmightyوَجَلَّand Exalted::أَنَاI amاللَّهُAllahمَالِكُthe Ownerالْمُلُوكِof kings،,قُلُوبُthe heartsالْمُلُوكِof kingsبِيَدِيin My hand.،,فَمَنْSo whoeverأَطَاعَنِيobeys MeجَعَلْتُهُمْI make themعَلَيْهِupon himرَحْمَةًmercy،,وَمَنْand whoeverعَصَانِيdisobeys MeجَعَلْتُهُمْI make themعَلَيْهِupon himنِقْمَةًpunishment.فَلَاSo do notتَشْغَلُواoccupy yourselvesأَنفُسَكُمْyourselvesبِسَبِّby cursingالْمُلُوكِthe kings،,وَلَكِنbutتُوبُواrepent to MeإِلَيَّtoأَعْطِفَهُمْI may incline themعَلَيْكُمْto you.،,
And (2) he mentioned from Malik bin Dinar, who said: 'I read in the wisdom: He says Allah Almighty: 'I am Allah, the Owner of kings; the hearts of kings are in My hand. So whoever obeys Me, I make them a mercy upon him, and whoever disobeys Me, I make them a punishment upon him. So do not occupy yourselves by cursing the kings, but repent to Me so that I may incline them to you.'
وَمِنْAnd fromمَرَاسِيلِthe messagesالْحَسَنِof Al-Hasan::إِذَاIfأَرَادَHe willsاللَّهُAllahبِقَوْمٍfor a peopleخَيْرًاgoodجَعَلَHe makesأَمْرَهُمْtheir matterإِلَىtoحُلَمَائِهِمtheir wise men.،,وَفِيهِمand among themعِندَwhenسُمَحَائِهِمtheir generous ones.،,وَإِذَاand ifأَرَادَHe willsبِقَوْمٍfor a peopleشَرًّاevilجَعَلَHe makesأَمْرَهُمْtheir matterإِلَى(١)(1)فِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe punishments(٢٦).
And from the messages of Al-Hasan: If Allah wills good for a people, He directs their matter to their wise men, and among them when they are generous. And if He wills evil for a people, He directs their matter to (1) in the punishments (26).
وَأَخْرَجَهُAnd narratedالْدَّيْلَمِيُّAl-DailamiفِيinالْفِرْدَوْسِAl-Firdaws٢٤٥/١245/1(٩٥١)وَالْشِّيرَازِيُّand Al-Shiraziفِيinالْأَلْقَابِthe titlesكَمَاasفِيinكَنْزِthe treasureالْعُمَّالِof the workers.۳3۱۷۰170(٦٠١١)،,عَنْfromعَبْدِالرَّحِيمِAbdul Rahimابْنِthe son ofعَبَّادِAbadالْمَعْوَلِيِّAl-Mawli;ثَنَاHe narrated fromرَجَاءٍRajaبْنِbinحَرِيثٍHariath.
And narrated Al-Dailami in Al-Firdaws 245/1 (951) and Al-Shirazi in the titles as in the treasure of the workers 3 170 (6011), from Abdul Rahim bin Abad Al-Mawli who narrated from Raja bin Hariath.
