صَلاةPrayerمَكْتُوبَةobligatoryمُتَعَمِّدًاdeliberatelyفَقَدthereforeبَرِئَتliability has been releasedمِنْهُfrom himذِمَّةthe obligationاللَّهِof Allah

If one deliberately misses the obligatory prayer, they are released from the obligation of Allah.

وَلَاAnd do notتَشْرَبُنَّdrinkخَمْرًا،wine, for itفَإِنَّهُis indeedرَأْسthe headكُلِّof allفَاحِشَة.immorality.

And do not drink wine, for it is the head of all immorality.

وَإِيَّاكَAnd beware ofوَالْمَعْصِيَةِ،disobedience, forفَإِنَّindeedالمَعْصِيَةَthe sinتُحِلُّbrings aboutسَخَطَthe wrathاللَّهِ»of Allah.

And beware of disobedience, for indeed, sin brings about the wrath of Allah.

وَالْأَحَادِيثُAnd the hadithsفِيinهَذَاthisالْبَابِsubjectأَضْعَافٌare many timesأَضْعَافٌmore thanمَاwhatذَكَرْنَا،we mentioned,فَلَاso it is notيَنْبَغِيfitting forلِمَنْanyoneنَصَحَwho advisesنَفْسَهُthemselvesأَنْtoيَتَعَامَىclose their eyes toعَنْهَا،it,وَيُرْسَلَand sendنَفْسَهُthemselvesفِيintoالْمَعَاصِي،sins,وَيَتَعَلَّقَand clingبِحَبْلِto the ropeالرَّجَاءِof hopeوَحَسَنِand goodالظَّنِّ .thought.

And the hadiths on this subject are many times more than what we have mentioned, so it is not fitting for anyone who advises themselves to close their eyes to it, send themselves into sins, and cling to the rope of hope and good thoughts.

قَالَAbu al-Wafa said:أَبُوAbuالْوَفَاءَAl-WafaبِنَbinعَقِيلٍAqil::احْذَرْهُBeware of himوَلَاand do notتُغْتَرَّbe deceived، فَإِنَّهُ, for heقَطَعَcut offالْيَدَthe handفِيforثَلاثَةِthreeدَرَاهِمَdirhams،, وَجَلَدَand whippedالْحَدَّthe punishmentفِيforمِثْلِthe equivalentرَأْسِof a headالإِبْرَةِof a needleمِنَofالْخَمْرِ،wine,وَقَدْand indeedدَخَلَتenteredامْرَأَةٌa womanالنَّارَthe fireفِيforهِرَّةٍa cat،, وَاشْتَعَلَتْand caught on fireالشَّمَلَةَthe garmentنَارًاa fireعَلَىuponمَنْone whoغَلَّهَاtook it unlawfully.

Abu al-Wafa bin Aqil said: Beware of him and do not be deceived, for he cut off a hand for three dirhams, and whipped the punishment for the equivalent of a head of a needle from wine, and indeed a woman entered the fire for a cat, and a garment caught fire on one who took it unlawfully.

ز:(Z: وَلَاAnd do notتَشْرَبُ.drink.س:(S: احْذَرْBeware of...»....".وَفِيAnd inل(L: احْذَرُواBeware all of youوَلَاand do notتُغْتَرُّوا»be deceived."وَأُشِيرُAnd I referإِلَىtoهَذِهِthisالنُّسْخَةِversionفِيinحَاشِيَةٍthe marginسS also.

Z: And do not drink. S: Beware...". And in L: Beware all of you and do not be deceived." And I refer to this version in the margin of S as well.

يُشِيرُHe refersإِلَىtoحَدِيثِthe hadithابْنِof IbnعُمَرَUmarرَضِيَmay Allah be pleasedاللَّهُwith Allahعَنْهُمَاboth of them:: أَنَّthatرَسُولَthe Messengerاللَّهِof Allahpeace be upon himقَطَعَcut offفِيforمِجَنٍّa shieldثَمَنُهُworth threeثَلاثَةِdirhams.أَخْرَجَهُNarrated byالْبُخَارِيُّAl-Bukhariفِيinالْحُدُودِ،the penalties,بَابِthe chapterقَوْلِof the sayingاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَى:the Exalted One:وَالسَّارِقُ"And the thiefوَالسَّارِقَةُand the female thiefفَأَقْطَعُواthen cut offأَيْدِيَهُمَا)their hands."

He refers to the hadith of Ibn Umar may Allah be pleased with both of them: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, cut off for a shield worth three dirhams. Narrated by Al-Bukhari in the penalties, the chapter of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "And the thief and the female thief, then cut off their hands."

وَفِيAnd inكَمْhow muchيُقَطَّعُis cut off(٦٧٩٥(6795--٦٧٩٨)،6798),وَمُسْلِمٌand Muslimفِيinالْحُدُودِ،the penalties,بَابِthe chapterحَدِّthe limitالسَّرِقَةِof theft(١٦٨٦).(1686).

And in how much is cut off (6795 - 6798), and Muslim in the penalties, the chapter of the limit of theft (1686).

لَعَلَّهُPerhapsعَلَىit is forسَبِيلِthe sake ofالْمُبَالَغَةِexaggerationوَالْمَقْصُودُand the intendedقَلِيلٍis a small amountالْخَمْرِof wineوَقَدand alreadyتَقَدَّمَhas been mentionedفِيinصpage٦٢62حَدِيثٍthe hadithكُلِّ"Everythingمَاthatأَسْكَرَintoxicatesحَرَامٌ.is forbidden."

Perhaps it is for the sake of exaggeration, and the intended is a small amount of wine, and it has already been mentioned in page 62 the hadith "Everything that intoxicates is forbidden."

وَقَدَAnd indeedأَخْرَجَnarratedأَصْحَابُby the companionsالسُّنَّةِof the sunnahمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithجَابِرٍof Jabirبِنِbinعَبْدِ اللَّهِAbdullah:"مَاWhatأَسْكَرَintoxicatesكَثِيرُهُ،its large quantity,فَقَلِيلُهُits small quantityحَرَامٌ.is forbidden."

And indeed, the companions of the sunnah narrated from the hadith of Jabir bin Abdullah: "What intoxicates in large quantity, its small quantity is forbidden."

اُنظُرْLookمَثَلًاfor exampleسُنَنَthe sunnahأَبِيof Abuدَاوُدَ،Dawood,كِتَابِthe bookالأَشْرِبَةِ،of drinks,بَابِthe chapterالنَّهْيِof prohibitionعَنْagainstالْمُسْكِرِintoxicants(٣٦٨١).(3681)

Look for example at the sunnah of Abu Dawood, the book of drinks, the chapter of the prohibition against intoxicants (3681).

يُشِيرُHe refersإِلَىtoحَدِيثِthe hadithابْنِof IbnعُمَرَUmarالَّذِيwhichأَخْرَجَهُwas narrated byالْبُخَارِيُّAl-Bukhariفِيinالْمُسَاقَاةِ،the irrigation,بَابِthe chapterفَضْلِthe virtueسَقْيِof wateringالمَّاءِwater::(۲۳۶۵)(2365)وَمُسْلِمٌand Muslimفِيinالسَّلَامِthe peaceبَابِthe chapterتَحْرِيمِof prohibitionقَتْلِkillingالهِرَّةِthe cat(٢٢٤٢).(2242).

He refers to the hadith of Ibn Umar, which was narrated by Al-Bukhari in the irrigation, the chapter of the virtue of watering water: (2365) and Muslim in the peace, the chapter of the prohibition of killing the cat (2242).
