And in summary, the Quran is clear from its beginning to its end regarding the arrangement of the reward by good and evil, and the cosmic and command rulings on the causes. Rather, the arrangements of the rulings of this world and the Hereafter, their benefits, and their evils are based on the causes and the actions.

And whoever understands this issue and contemplates it correctly will benefit from it greatly, and will not rely on destiny out of ignorance, incapacity, negligence, or waste, for then his reliance is incapacity, and his incapacity is reliance.

Rather, every jurist is one who repels destiny with destiny, pushes back destiny with destiny, and opposes destiny with destiny. Rather, a person cannot live except through that, for hunger, thirst, cold, and various fears and precautions are from destiny, and all creatures are striving to repel this destiny with destiny.

And likewise, whoever God has guided and inspired his guidance repels the destiny of punishment.
