٧7-ُ-وَمِنْAnd fromآلِAliعِمْرَانَ:Imran:
7 - And from Ali Imran:
آيَةُThe verse ofاتِّقَاءِfearingاللَّهِAllahحَقَّthe trueالتُّقَى:fear:
The verse of fearing Allah with true fear:
قَوْلُهُHis statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{اتَّقُواFearاللَّهَAllahحَقَّtrueتُقَاتِهِ}fear of Him}
His statement - Most High -: {Fear Allah as is His true fear}
قِيلَ:It was said:
It was said:
إِنَّهَاThat it isمَنْسُوخَةٌabrogatedبِقَوْلِهِby His statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{فَاتَّقُوا{So fearاللَّهَAllahمَاas much asاسْتَطَعْتُمْ}you are able}
that it is abrogated by His statement - Most High -: {So fear Allah as much as you are able}
وَقِيلَ:And it was said:
And it was said:
لَاNoبَلْratherهُوَit isمُحْكَمٌ،decisive,
rather it is decisive,
وَلَيْسَand there is notفِيهَاin itآيَةٌa verseيَصِحُّin which is validفِيهَاin itدَعْوَىthe claimالنَّسْخِof abrogationغَيْرُother thanهَذِهِthisالآيَةِ.verse.
and there is no verse in it in which the claim of abrogation is valid other than this verse.
قُلْتُ:I say:
I say:
"حَقَّ"Trueتُقَاتِهِ"fear of Him"فِيis inالشِّرْكِshirkوَالْكُفْرِand kufrوَمَاand whatيَرْجِعُreturnsإِلَىtoالِاعْتِقَادِ،belief,
"True fear of Him" is in shirk, kufr, and matters of belief,
وَ"مَاand "whatاسْتَطَعْتُمْ"you are able"فِيis inالأَعْمَالِ،actions,
and "what you are able" is in actions,
مَنْwhoeverلَمْdoes notيَسْتَطِعْhave the ability forالْوُضُوءَablutionيَتَيَمَّمُ،performs tayammum,
whoever cannot perform ablution performs tayammum,
وَمَنْand whoeverلَمْdoes notيَسْتَطِعْhave the ability forالْقِيَامَstandingيُصَلِّيpraysقَاعِداً،sitting,
and whoever cannot stand prays sitting,
وَهَذَاand thisالتَّوْجِيهُorientationظَاهِرٌis apparentمِنْfromسِيَاقِthe context ofالآيَةِ،the verse,
and this orientation is apparent from the context of the verse,
وَهُوَand itقَوْلُهُis His statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{وَلَا{And do notتَمُوتُنَّdieإِلَّاexceptوَأَنْتُمْwhile you areمُسْلِمُونَ}Muslims}
and it is His statement - Most High -: {And do not die except while you are Muslims}
٨8-ُ-وَمِنْAnd fromسُورَةِsurahالنِّسَاءِ:An-Nisa:آيَةُthe verse ofالإِيتَاءِgivingلِلْمَوَالِي:to the allies:دd
8 - And from Surah An-Nisa: the verse of giving to the allies: d
قَوْلُهُHis statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{وَالَّذِينَ{And those whomعَقَدَتْhave made a pactأَيْمَانُكُمْyour oathsفَآتُوهُمْso give themنَصِيبَهُمْ}their share}
His statement - Most High -: {And those whom your oaths have made a pact, so give them their share}
مَنْسُوخَةٌis abrogatedبِقَوْلِهِby His statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{وَأُولُو{And those ofالأَرْحَامِblood relationsبَعْضُهُمْsome of themأَوْلَىare more entitledبِبَعْضٍ}to others}
is abrogated by His statement - Most High -: {And those of blood relations, some of them are more entitled to others}
قُلْتُI sayظَاهِرُthe apparent meaning ofالآيَةِ،the verseأَنَّis thatالْمِيرَاثَinheritanceلِلْمَوَالِيis for the alliesوَالْبِرَّand righteousnessوَالصِّلَةَand connectionلِمَوْلَىis for the ally ofالْمُوَالَاةِ،alliance,
I say the apparent meaning of the verse, is that inheritance is for the allies and righteousness and connection is for the ally of alliance,
فَلَاso there isنَسْخَ.no abrogation.
so there is no abrogation.
٩9-ُ-آيَةُThe verse ofإِيتَاءِgivingالْيَتَامَىorphansوَالْمَسَاكِينِand the needyمِنْfromالْمِيرَاثِ:the inheritance:
9 - The verse of giving orphans and the needy from the inheritance:
وَقَوْلُهُAnd His statement-ُ-تَعَالَىMost High-ُ-::{وَإِذَا{And whenحَضَرَis presentالْقِسْمَةَthe divisionأُولُوthose ofالْقُرْبَى}relatives}
And His statement - Most High -: {And when is present the division, those of relatives}
