وَسُوءُAnd the misunderstandingالتَّفَاهُمِof understandingقَدْhasمَضَتْpassedوَانْتَهَتْand ended
And the misunderstanding has passed and ended.
لَقَدْIt hasمَرَّelapsedزَمَنٌtime,,لَمْnotيَكُنْbeهُوَheأَوْorأَيُّanyمِنَofالْحَاضِرِينَthe attendeesيُشَارِكُونَparticipatingفِيهِin itبِمِثْلِwith suchهَذِهِtheseالْمَشَاعِرِfeelings
It has elapsed some time - neither he nor any of the attendees were participating in it with such feelings.
زَمَنٌtimeنَظَرَlookedفِيهِin itإِلَىatمَالِكِيthe ownersمَزْرَعَةِof the farmالْحَيَوَانِanimalالْمُحْتَرَمِينَrespectableلَيْسَnotبِعَيْنٍwith an eyeالْعَدَاءِof hostility,,وَلَكِنْbutرُبَّمَاperhapsبِهَوَاجِسَwith a concernمِنَofالرَّيبَةِsuspicionمِنْfromقَبْلَbeforeجِيرَانِهِمْtheir neighborsالْبَشَرِhumans
Time passed when he looked at the respectable owners of the animal farm not with an eye of hostility, but perhaps with a concern of suspicion from their human neighbors.
وَمَعَAnd unfortunatelyالْأَسَفِthe regretوَقَعَتْevents occurredأَحْدَاثٌeventsوَشَاعَتْand spreadأَفْكَارٌideasخَاطِئَةٌwrong
And unfortunately events occurred and wrong ideas spread.
وَسَادَAnd there prevailedشُعُورٌa feelingبِأَنَّthatوُجُودَthe existenceمَزْرَعَةٍof a farmتَمْلُكُهَاowned byوَتُدِيرُهَاand managed byخَنَازِيرَpigsكَانَwasأَمْرًاa matterغَيْرَnotطَبِيعِيٍّnatural,,مِنْthatشَأْنِهِمْconcernedأَنْthatيَخْلُقَcreatesجَوًّاan atmosphereغَيْرَunstableمُسْتَقِرٍّstable,,كَمَاAsاَفْتَرَضَmany assumedكَثِيرٌmanyمِنَofالْمُزَارِعِينَfarmersبِدُونِwithoutإِمْعَانٍfurther considerationلِلنَّظَرِto look,,أَنْthatرُوحَthe spiritالاِنْحِرَافِof deviationوَعَدَمِand lackالاِنْضِبَاطِof disciplineسَوْفَwillتَسُودَprevailهَذِهِthisالْمَزْرَعَةِfarmفَتَوَجَّسُواthey were fearfulخِيفَةًfearمِنْofانْتِقَالِtransferعَدْوَاهَاits infectionإِلَىtoحَيَوَانَاتِهِمْtheir animals,,أَوْorحَتَّىevenإِلَىtoعُمَّالِهِمْtheir workersالْبَشَرِhumans.
And there prevailed the feeling that the existence of a farm owned and managed by pigs was an unnatural matter, which would create an unstable environment in the area. Many farmers, without further consideration, assumed that the spirit of deviation and lack of discipline would prevail in this farm, and they were fearful of its infection transferring to their animals, or even to their human workers.
لَكِنْButجَمِيعَallهَذِهِtheseالشُّكُوكَdoubtsقَدْhaveتَبَدَّدَتْdispersedالْآنَnow
But all of these doubts have dispersed now.
لَقَدْThey haveزَارُواvisitedالْيَوْمَtodayمَزْرَعَةَthe farmالْحَيَوَانِthe animalوَقَامُواand they performedبِتَفْتِيشٍa searchكُلِّeveryشِبْرٍinch,,فَمَاذَاso whatوَجَدُواdid they find؟
They have visited the animal farm today and they conducted a search of every inch; so what did they find?
لَيْسَNot onlyفَقَطُonlyأَكْثَرَmoreالْوَسَائِلِmodern meansالْعَصْرِيَّةِmodernوَحَسْبُbut also,,بَلْratherانضباطًاdisciplineوَانْتِظَامًاand orderلَابُدَّsurelyأَنْthatيَسْتَحِقَّاthey are worthyأَنْto beيَكُونَاto beمِثَالًاan exampleلِلْجَمِيعِfor everyoneفِيinكُلِّallمَكَانٍplacesوَقَالَAnd he saidإِنَّهُthat heكَانَwasيَعْتَقِدُthinkingبِأَنَّthatالْحَيَوَانَاتِthe animalsالأَقَلَّthe lesserشَأْنًاstationفِيinالْمَزْرَعَةِthe farmتَعْمَلُwork moreأَكْثَرَmore,,وَتَحْصُلُand getعَلَىonطَعَامٍfoodأَقَلَّlessمِنْthanأَيِّanyحَيَوَانٍanimalآخَرَotherفِيinالْمُقَاطَعَةِthe provinceوَفِيand in
Not only did they find more modern means, but also discipline and order that surely deserve to be an example to everyone in all places. He said that he thought that the lesser animals in the farm worked more and got less food than any other animal in the province.
وَفِيAnd inالْحَقيقةِrealityإِنَّهُthat heبِرَفْقَةِin the company ofأَصْدِقَائِهِhis friendsاسْتَفَادُواthey benefitedمِمَّاfrom whatشَاهَدُوهُthey saw,,وَيَنْوُونَand they intendإِدْخَالَهُto apply itإِلَىtoمَزَارِعِهِمْtheir farmsالْخَاصَّةِprivateفِيinالْحَالِin the case
And in reality, they benefited from what they saw, and they intend to apply it to their private farms immediately.
وَانْهَىAnd he concludedمُلاحَظَاتِهِhis observationsبِالْأَكِيدِcertainlyمَرَّةًagainأُخْرَىagainعَلَىonمَشَاعِرَthe feelingsالْوَدِّof goodwillالَّتِيthatنَشَأَتْaroseوَلَابُدَّAnd mustأَنْthatتَسْتَمِرَّcontinueبَيْنَbetweenمَزْرَعَةِthe farmالْحَيَوَانِthe animalوَجِيرَانِهَاand its neighbors.
And he concluded his observations certainly again on the feelings of goodwill that arose and must continue between the animal farm and its neighbors.
وَإِنَّهُAnd that there isلَيْسَnotهُنَاكَthereبَيْنَbetweenالْخَنَازِيرِthe pigsوَالْبَشَرِand the humansأَيٌّanyتَصَادُمٍconflictفِيofالمَصَالِحِinterests
And that there is no conflict of interests between the pigs and the humans at all.
