In the study of unusual words of the Quran
أَفْضَلُThe bestالشُّرُوحِexplanationsلِغَرِيبِfor unusual words ofالْقُرْآنِ:the Quran:
The best explanations for unusual words of the Quran:
إِنَّIndeedمِنْamongأَفْضَلِthe bestالشُّرُوحِexplanations
Indeed, among the best explanations
لِغَرِيبِfor unusual words ofالْقُرْآنِthe QuranالْكَرِيمِNoble,
for the unusual words of the Noble Quran,
بَلْratherأَوْلَهَاthe first of themبِالْإِطْلَاقِabsolutely
rather the very first of them absolutely
فِيinهَذَاthisالْبَابِfield
in this field
هُوَisمَاwhatأُثِرَwas transmittedوَصَحَّand authenticated
is what was transmitted and authenticated
عَنْfromتَرْجُمَانِthe interpreter ofالْقُرْآنِthe Quran,
from the interpreter of the Quran,
عَبْدِAbdullahاللَّهِbinبْنِAbbasعَبَّاسٍibn Abbas
Abdullah bin Abbas
- رَضِيَ- may Allah beاللَّهُpleasedعَنْهُ -with him -
- may Allah be pleased with him -
عَنْthroughطَرِيقِthe path ofابْنِIbnأَبِيAbiطَلْحَةَTalhah
through the path of Ibn Abi Talhah,
وَقَدْand indeedاعْتَمَدَهُrelied upon itالْإِمَامُImamالْبُخَارِيُّAl-Bukhari
and Imam Al-Bukhari relied upon it
- غَالِباً -- often -فِيinجَامِعِهِhis Jamiaالصَّحِيحِ.Al-Sahih.
- often - in his Sahih Al-Jamia.
طُرُقُThe paths ofالضَّحَّاكِAd-Dahhakوَنَافِعٍ:and Nafi:
The paths of Ad-Dahhak and Nafi:
وَيَلِيAnd followsذَلِكَthatمَاwhatرُوِيَwas narrated
And that is followed by what was narrated
عَنْthroughطَرِيقِthe path ofالضَّحَّاكِAd-Dahhak
through the path of Ad-Dahhak
عَنْfromعَبْدِAbdullahاللَّهِbinبْنِAbbasعَبَّاسٍibn Abbas
from Abdullah ibn Abbas
- رَضِيَ- may Allah beاللَّهُpleasedعَنْهُ -with him -
- may Allah be pleased with him -
وَأَجْوِبَةُand the answers ofابْنِIbnعَبَّاسٍAbbas
and the answers of Ibn Abbas
- رَضِيَ- may Allah beاللَّهُpleasedعَنْهُ -with him -
- may Allah be pleased with him -
عَنْtoسُؤَالَاتِthe questions ofنَافِعِNafiبْنِbinالْأَزْرَقِ.Al-Azraq.
to the questions of Nafi bin Al-Azraq.
وَهَذِهِAnd theseهِيَareالطُّرُقُthe pathsالثَّلَاثُthree
And these are the three paths
الَّتِيthatذَكَرَهَاmentionedالسُّيُوطِيُّAl-Suyuti
that Al-Suyuti mentioned
فِيinكِتَابِهِhis book(الْإِتْقَانِ).(Al-Itqan).
in his book (Al-Itqan).
