The Quran is more general and the Sunnah detailed it:

And indeed the rulings of the prayer and its issues have come in the Magnificent Quran summarized.

And the word "Al-Iqamah" was used for the prayer, which the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - handled in detail by commanding the building of mosques, the congregation, and clarifying the times,

Likewise, the rulings of Zakat came with brevity and conciseness,

and the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - detailed it thoroughly,

and the mention of fasting also came in Surah Al-Baqarah,

and Hajj, Jihad, and fighting in the two Surahs Al-Baqarah and Al-Anfal and other scattered places,

and the legal punishments were mentioned in Surah Al-Ma'idah and An-Nur,

and the inheritances came in Surah An-Nisa,

and the rulings of marriage and divorce in Surah Al-Baqarah, An-Nisa, and At-Talaq, and other Surahs.

Another section of the rulings in the Quran:

And after this section of rulings passed, whose benefit encompasses all members of the nation,

you remember another section (pertaining to specific events and incidents even if its ruling was general)

and the forms of its legislation were as follows:

* Sometimes they would ask in the presence of the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - about something, and the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - would reply (so that becomes a way for legislation).
