فَلَسْتُمْFor you are notعَلَيَّagainst meتَرُدُّونَreturningوَلَاand notرَأْيِيmy opinionتُفَنِّدُونَ1refuting
For you are not returning against me nor refuting my opinion. ⟦1⟧
فَقَدِّمُواSo presentالنَّظَرَthe considerationقَبْلَbeforeالْعَزْمِthe resolveوَتَذَكَّرُواand rememberمَاwhatعَلَيْكُمْagainst youقَبْلَbeforeأَنْthatتَذْكُرُواyou rememberمَاwhatلَكُمْfor you
So present consideration before resolve, and remember what is against you before you remember what is for you.
